{"id":88944,"date":"2025-10-06T17:23:29","date_gmt":"2025-10-06T22:23:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=88944"},"modified":"2025-10-06T17:30:45","modified_gmt":"2025-10-06T22:30:45","slug":"condenado-ex-director-del-das-por-papel-en-secuestro-de-ex-senadora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/condenado-ex-director-del-das-por-papel-en-secuestro-de-ex-senadora\/","title":{"rendered":"Ex director del DAS, condenado por presunto papel en secuestro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un juez penal especializado de Medell\u00edn (Antioquia) conden\u00f3 a <strong>28 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong> a Jos\u00e9 Miguel Narv\u00e1ez Mart\u00ednez, exdirector de Inteligencia del desaparecido Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS), por su papel en el secuestro de la ex senadora <strong>Piedad C\u00f3rdoba<\/strong> (ya fallecida) ocurrido el 21 de mayo de 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fallo, emitido tras valorar las pruebas y argumentos presentados por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, establece que Narv\u00e1ez Mart\u00ednez es responsable del delito de <strong>secuestro extorsivo agravado<\/strong>, le impone una multa equivalente a <strong>3.499 salarios m\u00ednimos legales mensuales<\/strong> y lo inhabilita por <strong>20 a\u00f1os<\/strong> para ejercer derechos y funciones p\u00fablicas. Adem\u00e1s, el caso fue declarado <strong>delito de lesa humanidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la investigaci\u00f3n, liderada por un fiscal de la Direcci\u00f3n Especializada contra las Violaciones a los Derechos Humanos, se determin\u00f3 que Narv\u00e1ez Mart\u00ednez se reuni\u00f3 con el exjefe paramilitar <strong>Carlos Casta\u00f1o Gil<\/strong> y le propuso retener y asesinar a C\u00f3rdoba Ruiz, bajo la falsa premisa de que colaboraba con el ELN. Para ello, entreg\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n clasificada obtenida por el DAS que respaldaba su solicitud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado, integrantes de las <strong>Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia (AUC)<\/strong> secuestraron a C\u00f3rdoba mientras asist\u00eda a una cita m\u00e9dica en el barrio El Poblado de Medell\u00edn. La v\u00edctima permaneci\u00f3 en cautiverio hasta el <strong>4 de junio de 1999<\/strong>, cuando fue liberada gracias a la mediaci\u00f3n de sectores pol\u00edticos y organizaciones humanitarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso contra Narv\u00e1ez Mart\u00ednez se adelanta conforme a la <strong>Ley 600 de 2000<\/strong>.
