El congresista afirm\u00f3 que el reciente fallo del <strong>Tribunal Superior de Bogot\u00e1<\/strong> \u201cno detiene el proceso\u201d, sino que representa un impase jur\u00eddico que \u201cpuede resolverse con prontitud\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cepeda explic\u00f3 que el desarrollo del proceso electoral ya se encuentra en marcha, con recursos estatales y log\u00edstica comprometidos. \u201cLa consulta sigue como est\u00e1 prevista. Ser\u00eda impensable suspenderla a esta altura, porque ya se activ\u00f3 la movilizaci\u00f3n de electores y el uso de recursos p\u00fablicos que fueron destinados para este fin\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador tambi\u00e9n confirm\u00f3 que sostuvo una <strong>reuni\u00f3n en la Casa de Nari\u00f1o<\/strong> junto a <strong>Daniel Quintero<\/strong> y <strong>Carolina Corcho<\/strong> con el presidente <strong>Gustavo Petro<\/strong>, a quien informaron la decisi\u00f3n de continuar con la consulta. Cepeda aclar\u00f3 que no se trat\u00f3 de una intervenci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica del mandatario, sino de una conversaci\u00f3n con la fuerza principal de su coalici\u00f3n. \u201cEl presidente tiene derecho a conocer las decisiones del Pacto Hist\u00f3rico. Le informamos la ruta que hemos trazado para resolver el problema, no para profundizarlo\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frente a las versiones sobre una supuesta notificaci\u00f3n judicial a la Registradur\u00eda para frenar el proceso, Cepeda fue enf\u00e1tico en desmentirlas. \u201cNadie nos ha dicho que la consulta no va. No hemos recibido ninguna notificaci\u00f3n de ninguna autoridad que diga expresamente que se ha detenido\u201d, afirm\u00f3, al tiempo que precis\u00f3 que la decisi\u00f3n del Tribunal aborda un asunto t\u00e9cnico sobre la conformaci\u00f3n del Pacto, pero <strong>no ordena suspender la consulta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el precandidato advirti\u00f3 que detener el proceso a esta altura podr\u00eda constituir una falta grave por parte de los funcionarios responsables, dado el compromiso de recursos p\u00fablicos. \u201cNo estamos en una carrera contra la justicia, sino por la participaci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica.
