{"id":89304,"date":"2025-10-16T04:30:19","date_gmt":"2025-10-16T09:30:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=89304"},"modified":"2025-10-16T04:30:20","modified_gmt":"2025-10-16T09:30:20","slug":"presidente-petro-denuncio-censura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/presidente-petro-denuncio-censura\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente Petro denunci\u00f3 censura"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El presidente <strong>Gustavo Petro<\/strong> cuestion\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n de Regulaci\u00f3n de Comunicaciones (CRC)<\/strong> de negar su solicitud para emitir una nueva alocuci\u00f3n presidencial por televisi\u00f3n nacional, calific\u00e1ndola como un acto de censura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandatario afirm\u00f3 que recurrir\u00e1 a otros medios para dirigirse al pa\u00eds e hizo un llamado a la comunidad jur\u00eddica nacional e internacional a acompa\u00f1arlo en lo que denomin\u00f3 una defensa de la libertad de expresi\u00f3n. \u201cInvito a toda la audiencia de Colombia a escuchar lo que iba a decir y era mi derecho, en RTVC a las 7 p. m. Si el presidente no puede hablar por televisi\u00f3n, tendr\u00e1 que hacerlo desde la plaza p\u00fablica\u201d, expres\u00f3 Petro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La solicitud presentada por la Presidencia buscaba la transmisi\u00f3n obligatoria del mensaje presidencial en los canales abiertos del pa\u00eds. Sin embargo, la CRC consider\u00f3 que no se cumpl\u00edan los criterios establecidos para este tipo de intervenciones, como la urgencia, el car\u00e1cter excepcional o la delimitaci\u00f3n tem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la entidad, no se evidenci\u00f3 una circunstancia grave, sobreviniente o inaplazable que justificara la interrupci\u00f3n de la programaci\u00f3n televisiva.
