Este programa, liderado por el Gobierno de Gustavo Petro, busca fortalecer la conectividad, el desarrollo y la consolidaci\u00f3n de la paz en las regiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la directora del DNP, <strong>Natalia Irene Molina<\/strong>, el plan permitir\u00e1 intervenir corredores estrat\u00e9gicos con el prop\u00f3sito de integrar territorios hist\u00f3ricamente excluidos y cerrar brechas sociales. \u201cV\u00edas para la Paz busca ampliar la conectividad y el desarrollo socioecon\u00f3mico, en coherencia con el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo\u201d, explic\u00f3 la funcionaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa contempla <strong>20 proyectos<\/strong> distribuidos en regiones como el Pac\u00edfico, Catatumbo, La Guajira, La Mojana, Antioquia, Arauca, Cundinamarca, Huila y Putumayo. Las obras ser\u00e1n ejecutadas por <strong>INV\u00cdAS<\/strong> entre 2026 y 2035 e incluyen corredores claves como Quibd\u00f3\u2013Medell\u00edn, Pasto\u2013Estanquillo, San Francisco\u2013Mocoa y Candelaria\u2013Laberinto, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, las <strong>v\u00edas regionales<\/strong> priorizadas contemplan la construcci\u00f3n y mejoramiento de tramos en Cauca, Nari\u00f1o, Cundinamarca, Arauca, Bol\u00edvar y La Guajira, beneficiando a comunidades rurales y garantizando acceso a servicios b\u00e1sicos y mercados. Estos proyectos recogen compromisos de los <strong>Pactos Territoriales<\/strong> firmados entre el Gobierno y las comunidades locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El DNP estima que <strong>V\u00edas para la Paz<\/strong> generar\u00e1 m\u00e1s de <strong>39.000 empleos directos y 262.000 indirectos<\/strong>, reducir\u00e1 en <strong>$2,5 billones anuales<\/strong> los costos de operaci\u00f3n vehicular y disminuir\u00e1 en <strong>18,7 millones de horas<\/strong> los tiempos de viaje.
