Este proceso, que se mantiene desde 2019 bajo una medida cautelar, ha contado con la participaci\u00f3n de la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, la JEP, la Unidad de B\u00fasqueda de Personas dadas por Desaparecidas, la Parroquia Inmaculada Concepci\u00f3n y Medicina Legal, entre otras entidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, liderada por Germ\u00e1n Casagua Bonilla, manifest\u00f3 su apoyo a la demolici\u00f3n del Monumento 14, que presentaba fallas estructurales. Los trabajos se iniciaron de manera controlada, garantizando la seguridad y la preservaci\u00f3n de la memoria hist\u00f3rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jorge Lozano Mestre, Secretario de Paz y Derechos Humanos, indic\u00f3 que en el lugar se proyecta la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo Monumento 14, con estudios y dise\u00f1os ya listos.
