Seg\u00fan la acusaci\u00f3n, el exabogado de Uribe, Diego Cadena, habr\u00eda ofrecido dinero y asesor\u00eda a V\u00e9lez en 2017 a cambio de una declaraci\u00f3n favorable al expresidente. Sin embargo, el Tribunal determin\u00f3 que las pruebas presentadas&nbsp;<strong>no lograron acreditar<\/strong>&nbsp;que Uribe hubiera instigado o determinado la comisi\u00f3n del delito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El magistrado Merch\u00e1n, durante la audiencia, declar\u00f3: \u00abNo se acredit\u00f3 que \u00c1lvaro Uribe V\u00e9lez hubiera instigado el delito de soborno. La sala revoca la condena y lo absuelve\u00bb.
