La propuesta, que durante su campa\u00f1a presidencial aseguraba no ser su objetivo, se pondr\u00e1 en marcha con la recolecci\u00f3n de firmas entre la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde tarima, el mandatario detall\u00f3 que el pr\u00f3ximo 20 de julio de 2026 presentar\u00e1 ante el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica el proyecto de Ley, respaldado por las firmas recogidas, para dar v\u00eda libre a la Constituyente. Petro aclar\u00f3 que la iniciativa no busca reformar integralmente la Constituci\u00f3n de 1991, sino incorporar temas que, a su juicio, quedaron pendientes, como el proyecto de paz y diversas reformas sociales y econ\u00f3micas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSer\u00e1n los ciudadanos quienes decidan qu\u00e9 incluye este proyecto\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el jefe de Estado, enfatizando que \u201csolo el pueblo puede decidir su destino\u201d. Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el objetivo es \u201crecuperar lo que la oligarqu\u00eda arrebat\u00f3\u201d al esp\u00edritu original de la Carta Magna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mecanismo de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para implementar la propuesta, se crear\u00e1 un comit\u00e9 social integrado por organizaciones populares y fuerzas ciudadanas. Este grupo ser\u00e1 el encargado de liderar la recolecci\u00f3n de apoyos y de construir el proyecto de ley que se radicar\u00e1 ante el nuevo Congreso elegido en 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cConvoco a toda Colombia al poder constituyente.
