La Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila y la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva sellaron una alianza estrat\u00e9gica con la firma de un Convenio Interadministrativo que dar\u00e1 vida a la Casa de Artes y Oficios del Departamento, tambi\u00e9n conocida como la Casa de la Mujer Huilense. Este proyecto busca fortalecer la autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica, la formaci\u00f3n y el emprendimiento de las mujeres del territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El acuerdo fue suscrito por el gobernador del Huila, Rodrigo Villalba Mosquera, y el alcalde de Neiva, Germ\u00e1n Casagua Bonilla, con el acompa\u00f1amiento de la Gestora Social del Departamento, \u00c1ngela Parra, y las Secretar\u00edas de la Mujer, Familia e Inclusi\u00f3n Social. La iniciativa representa un paso firme en la construcci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas con enfoque de g\u00e9nero y desarrollo sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl verdadero empoderamiento de la mujer nace de su independencia econ\u00f3mica. Con esta Casa de Artes y Oficios queremos abrirles un camino real de oportunidades, donde puedan capacitarse, certificarse y crear sus propias empresas\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el gobernador Villalba, al destacar que el proyecto incluir\u00e1 programas de formaci\u00f3n y apoyo a emprendimientos con capital semilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La nueva sede se edificar\u00e1 en la Comuna 10 de Neiva, en el sector de Las Palmas \u2013 Suroriente Alto, una zona con m\u00e1s de 38.000 habitantes. Este espacio ofrecer\u00e1 formaci\u00f3n en oficios manuales, artes y saberes tradicionales, promoviendo la inserci\u00f3n laboral y la conservaci\u00f3n cultural de las comunidades vulnerables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el alcalde Germ\u00e1n Casagua resalt\u00f3 el alcance del proyecto: \u201cEsta Casa ser\u00e1 un punto de encuentro para la formaci\u00f3n, la cultura y la productividad. En las zonas donde m\u00e1s se necesitan las oportunidades, queremos que florezcan los talentos femeninos del Huila\u201d.
