La decisi\u00f3n fue formalizada mediante el decreto 1143, por medio del cual se design\u00f3 como ministro encargado al actual secretario jur\u00eddico de la Presidencia, Augusto Ocampo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Montealegre hab\u00eda anunciado el pasado 24 de octubre su dimisi\u00f3n irrevocable, argumentando que su decisi\u00f3n obedec\u00eda a motivos personales y profesionales. En una carta p\u00fablica, el exministro explic\u00f3 que dedicar\u00e1 sus esfuerzos a impugnar la absoluci\u00f3n del expresidente \u00c1lvaro Uribe V\u00e9lez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La salida de Montealegre se produce en medio de tensiones con el procurador general, Gregorio Eljach, quien recientemente abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n en su contra por presunta participaci\u00f3n en pol\u00edtica durante su gesti\u00f3n en el Ministerio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su carta de renuncia, el exfiscal general lanz\u00f3 duras cr\u00edticas al Tribunal de Bogot\u00e1, al que acus\u00f3 de haber incurrido en \u201cprevaricato\u201d por absolver al expresidente Uribe.
