La noticia fue confirmada por su familia y la junta directiva de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, que destac\u00f3 su ejemplo de liderazgo, trabajo y servicio al pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nacido en Medell\u00edn el 2 de agosto de 1919, Acevedo forj\u00f3 su historia desde la sencillez. Aunque solo pudo estudiar hasta sexto grado, su curiosidad lo llev\u00f3 a formarse como electricista por correspondencia. En 1940 fund\u00f3 un peque\u00f1o taller de reparaci\u00f3n de electrodom\u00e9sticos en el centro de la capital antioque\u00f1a, que m\u00e1s tarde se convertir\u00eda en <strong>Haceb<\/strong>, una de las empresas m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticas de la industria nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con apenas un alicate, dos destornilladores y un espacio de 25 metros cuadrados, dio inicio a una compa\u00f1\u00eda que hoy emplea a m\u00e1s de 3.500 personas, produce cerca de 2,5 millones de electrodom\u00e9sticos al a\u00f1o y tiene su planta principal en Copacabana, Antioquia. Bajo su liderazgo, Haceb se consolid\u00f3 como s\u00edmbolo de innovaci\u00f3n, calidad y compromiso social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quienes lo conocieron lo recuerdan como un hombre cercano, sencillo y apasionado por su trabajo.
