{"id":89764,"date":"2025-10-28T15:12:45","date_gmt":"2025-10-28T20:12:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=89764"},"modified":"2025-10-28T15:12:46","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T20:12:46","slug":"suspendido-debate-de-la-reforma-a-la-salud-en-el-senado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/suspendido-debate-de-la-reforma-a-la-salud-en-el-senado\/","title":{"rendered":"Suspendido debate de la reforma a la salud en el Senado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>Comisi\u00f3n S\u00e9ptima del Senado<\/strong> aprob\u00f3 la proposici\u00f3n de <strong>suspender el debate de la reforma a la salud en Colombia<\/strong> hasta que se tramite la <strong>reforma tributaria<\/strong>, con el fin de garantizar la existencia de fuentes de financiamiento verificables para la implementaci\u00f3n del nuevo modelo de atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La propuesta fue radicada por la <strong>senadora Nadia Blel<\/strong>, quien argument\u00f3 que la iniciativa busca cumplir con el <strong>art\u00edculo 7 de la Ley 819 de 2003<\/strong>, dado que el <strong>Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n 2026<\/strong> incluye fuentes de financiaci\u00f3n sujetas a la aprobaci\u00f3n de nuevas medidas tributarias a\u00fan no definidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El documento aprobado aclara que el presupuesto actual <strong>no contempla recursos adicionales ni rubros espec\u00edficos<\/strong> para cubrir los costos de transici\u00f3n, operaci\u00f3n y fortalecimiento institucional que requiere la reforma al sistema de salud. Adem\u00e1s, advierte que <strong>no existe una fuente clara, estable ni garantizada<\/strong> para financiar el modelo preventivo, predictivo y resolutivo propuesto por el Gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante la decisi\u00f3n, el <strong>ministro de Salud, Guillermo Alfonso Jaramillo<\/strong>, critic\u00f3 duramente a la comisi\u00f3n, calific\u00e1ndola de \u201cinoperante\u201d y acusando a los senadores de \u201cinventar nuevos pretextos\u201d para frenar el avance del proyecto. \u201cTodo lo que ellos solicitan est\u00e1 contemplado en la reforma, consensuado con sus propios jefes pol\u00edticos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la suspensi\u00f3n del debate, el futuro de la <strong>reforma a la salud del Gobierno Petro<\/strong> queda en pausa, a la espera de que el Congreso avance con la discusi\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n de la <strong>reforma tributaria<\/strong> que definir\u00eda los recursos necesarios para su puesta en marcha.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Comisi\u00f3n S\u00e9ptima del Senado aprob\u00f3 la proposici\u00f3n de suspender el debate de la reforma a la salud en Colombia hasta que se tramite la reforma tributaria, con el fin de garantizar la existencia de fuentes de financiamiento verificables para la implementaci\u00f3n del nuevo modelo de atenci\u00f3n.
