De acuerdo con los datos del DANE, ellas representaron el <strong>34,4% de la poblaci\u00f3n ocupada remunerada<\/strong>, mientras que los hombres alcanzaron el <strong>55,6%<\/strong>, lo que evidencia una marcada desigualdad en la participaci\u00f3n laboral y una carga desproporcionada de trabajo no remunerado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En promedio, los hombres trabajaron <strong>9 horas y 9 minutos diarios<\/strong>, frente a las <strong>7 horas y 44 minutos<\/strong> de las mujeres. Sin embargo, al analizar las labores no remuneradas \u2014como el cuidado y las tareas dom\u00e9sticas\u2014 la diferencia se ampl\u00eda: las mujeres dedican <strong>7 horas y 35 minutos<\/strong> a estas actividades, mientras los hombres solo <strong>3 horas y 12 minutos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El estudio revela que <strong>el 90% de las mujeres realiza labores dom\u00e9sticas y de cuidado<\/strong>, frente al <strong>65,5% de los hombres<\/strong>. En la Amazon\u00eda y la Orinoqu\u00eda, las mujeres registran los tiempos m\u00e1s altos dedicados al trabajo no remunerado, con promedios de <strong>9 horas y 47 minutos<\/strong> y <strong>9 horas y 7 minutos<\/strong>, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las actividades donde se concentra mayor participaci\u00f3n femenina son el <strong>suministro de alimentos (78,7%)<\/strong>, la <strong>limpieza y mantenimiento del hogar (70%)<\/strong> y el <strong>cuidado del vestuario (37,8%)<\/strong>, mientras los hombres apenas alcanzan el 34,9%, 39,9% y 11% en estas mismas tareas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El informe tambi\u00e9n incorpora por primera vez a la poblaci\u00f3n migrante.
