{"id":89817,"date":"2025-10-30T04:39:34","date_gmt":"2025-10-30T09:39:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=89817"},"modified":"2025-10-30T04:39:36","modified_gmt":"2025-10-30T09:39:36","slug":"en-marcha-nueva-politica-de-salud-mental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/en-marcha-nueva-politica-de-salud-mental\/","title":{"rendered":"En marcha nueva pol\u00edtica de salud mental"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Gobierno Nacional present\u00f3 la nueva <strong>Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Salud Mental<\/strong>, establecida mediante el Decreto 0729 de 2025, una hoja de ruta que redefine la atenci\u00f3n integral, prioriza la prevenci\u00f3n y crea una red nacional para el bienestar emocional de los colombianos. Con este paso, el pa\u00eds busca transformar estructuralmente el sistema de salud mental y garantizar servicios accesibles en todo el territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La estrategia contempla la creaci\u00f3n de una red escalonada e interconectada que incluye <strong>101 proyectos de infraestructura<\/strong>, un <strong>centro nacional de referencia<\/strong>, <strong>39 centros regionales<\/strong> y <strong>14 veh\u00edculos de transporte multimodal<\/strong>, con el fin de fortalecer la cobertura y el acceso a los servicios. Adem\u00e1s, se implementar\u00e1 un sistema de referencia y respuesta r\u00e1pida que articule las urgencias y emergencias m\u00e9dicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con una ejecuci\u00f3n prevista a cuatro a\u00f1os, el plan incluye el fortalecimiento del transporte sanitario, la formaci\u00f3n del talento humano y comunitario, y la consolidaci\u00f3n de equipos interdisciplinarios para garantizar atenci\u00f3n continua y sin discriminaci\u00f3n. \u201cEn este Gobierno hemos conformado 10.850 equipos b\u00e1sicos en salud, con 6.615 profesionales en psicolog\u00eda\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el ministro de Salud, <strong>Guillermo Alfonso Jaramillo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre los objetivos prioritarios se encuentran atender los territorios con alta carga de trastornos mentales, reducir las barreras de acceso para poblaciones hist\u00f3ricamente excluidas y consolidar una red nacional con enfoque territorial. Estas acciones buscan ofrecer atenci\u00f3n integral con equidad y calidad en todos los niveles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el lanzamiento se present\u00f3 la campa\u00f1a <strong>#MuchasVocesUnaRed<\/strong>, que promueve la corresponsabilidad en salud mental entre el Estado, las instituciones, las comunidades y la ciudadan\u00eda.
