El objetivo es <strong>prevenir y mitigar los riesgos agropecuarios<\/strong> y promover la inclusi\u00f3n crediticia de peque\u00f1os productores tradicionalmente excluidos del sistema financiero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El IIGRA ofrece beneficios que incluyen <strong>tasas de inter\u00e9s subsidiadas, incentivos al seguro agropecuario y fomento al ahorro<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de asesor\u00edas t\u00e9cnicas. Este instrumento, explic\u00f3 la ministra de Agricultura, <strong>Martha Carvajalino<\/strong>, \u201cpermitir\u00e1 a los peque\u00f1os pescadores fortalecer sus procesos y protegerse ante eventualidades econ\u00f3micas y clim\u00e1ticas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El programa cuenta con el apoyo del <strong>Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario (Finagro)<\/strong>, el <strong>Banco Agrario de Colombia<\/strong> y la <strong>Autoridad Nacional de Acuicultura y Pesca (Aunap)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cuatro componentes del incentivo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>primer componente<\/strong>, de <strong>fomento a la inclusi\u00f3n crediticia<\/strong>, busca eliminar barreras que impiden acceder a cr\u00e9ditos de fomento. A trav\u00e9s de Finagro y el Banco Agrario se otorgan <strong>tasas subsidiadas de hasta 16,2%<\/strong> para organizaciones de peque\u00f1os productores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>segundo componente<\/strong>, de <strong>fomento al ahorro<\/strong>, incentiva a las asociaciones que ahorren con recursos proporcionales del Gobierno Nacional, destinados a reducir riesgos sanitarios, ambientales y de mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>tercero<\/strong>, de <strong>transferencia de riesgos agropecuarios<\/strong>, otorga <strong>subsidios de hasta el 90% para seguros agropecuarios<\/strong>, permitiendo a los productores protegerse frente a p\u00e9rdidas clim\u00e1ticas o biol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por \u00faltimo, el <strong>componente t\u00e9cnico<\/strong> financia capacitaciones para que las organizaciones elaboren un <strong>Plan de Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Riesgos Agropecuarios<\/strong>, fortaleciendo su resiliencia productiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Apoyo financiero y alianzas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan <strong>Alexandra Restrepo<\/strong>, presidenta de Finagro, el IIGRA \u201cno solo es un apoyo financiero, sino una apuesta por cerrar brechas de acceso al cr\u00e9dito y mejorar la calidad de vida de mujeres, j\u00f3venes y peque\u00f1os productores\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El presidente del <strong>Banco Agrario<\/strong>, <strong>Hernando Chica Zuccardi<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que durante el Gobierno del presidente Gustavo Petro se han otorgado <strong>m\u00e1s de 244.000 millones de pesos<\/strong> en cr\u00e9ditos al sector pesquero y acu\u00edcola, principalmente para la compra de equipos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qui\u00e9nes pueden acceder<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podr\u00e1n postularse <strong>asociaciones de productores con al menos un a\u00f1o de constituci\u00f3n y m\u00e1s de 60 integrantes<\/strong>, siempre que sus miembros sean sujetos de cr\u00e9dito y no hayan accedido a otros incentivos como el ICR o el ISA en la misma vigencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las asociaciones interesadas pueden acercarse al <strong>Banco Agrario<\/strong> o comunicarse con la <strong>Agrol\u00ednea Nacional (018000912219)<\/strong> o v\u00eda <strong>WhatsApp (313 889 8435)<\/strong> para obtener m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre el IIGRA de Finagro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ministerio de Agricultura puso en marcha el Incentivo Integral para la Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos Agropecuarios (IIGRA), una estrategia que busca fortalecer al sector pesquero y acu\u00edcola colombiano mediante apoyos financieros, subsidios, seguros y acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico.
