{"id":89988,"date":"2025-11-04T04:46:56","date_gmt":"2025-11-04T09:46:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=89988"},"modified":"2025-11-04T04:46:58","modified_gmt":"2025-11-04T09:46:58","slug":"mas-de-siete-billones-girados-para-la-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/mas-de-siete-billones-girados-para-la-salud\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s de siete billones girados para la salud"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (ADRES)<\/strong> report\u00f3 que en <strong>septiembre de 2025<\/strong> reconoci\u00f3 un total de <strong>$7,49 billones<\/strong> por concepto de <strong>Unidad de Pago por Capitaci\u00f3n (UPC)<\/strong>, recursos destinados al financiamiento del <strong>aseguramiento en salud<\/strong> de millones de colombianos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Del total, <strong>$3,72 billones<\/strong> fueron asignados al <strong>r\u00e9gimen subsidiado<\/strong>, mientras que <strong>$3,77 billones<\/strong> correspondieron al <strong>r\u00e9gimen contributivo<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, la entidad destin\u00f3 <strong>$157 mil millones<\/strong> para incapacidades por enfermedad general, <strong>$44 mil millones<\/strong> para actividades de promoci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n, y cerca de <strong>$104 mil millones<\/strong> para <strong>licencias de maternidad, paternidad y fallos de tutela<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto al <strong>mecanismo de giro directo<\/strong>, la ADRES distribuy\u00f3 <strong>$5,91 billones<\/strong> a <strong>3.771 cl\u00ednicas, hospitales y proveedores de servicios de salud<\/strong> en todo el pa\u00eds. De este monto, <strong>$2,95 billones<\/strong> fueron para el r\u00e9gimen contributivo (78,33 % de la UPC) y el mismo valor para el subsidiado (79,49 %).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre <strong>enero y septiembre de 2025<\/strong>, la entidad reconoci\u00f3 <strong>$68,56 billones<\/strong> en total, cifra que representa un <strong>crecimiento de m\u00e1s del 7 %<\/strong> respecto al mismo periodo de 2024. Del monto global, <strong>$33,47 billones<\/strong> correspondieron al r\u00e9gimen subsidiado y <strong>$35,09 billones<\/strong> al contributivo. Sin embargo, el pago de licencias de maternidad y paternidad present\u00f3 una <strong>disminuci\u00f3n del 6,38 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las instituciones que m\u00e1s recursos recibieron por <strong>giro directo<\/strong> fueron <strong>Colsubsidio, Cruz Verde, Cafam y Colsanitas<\/strong>, seguidas de <strong>Disfarma, Audifarma, Virrey Sol\u00eds, Fundaci\u00f3n Valle del Lili y Suramericana<\/strong>, que en conjunto concentraron el <strong>23,86 % del total distribuido por la ADRES<\/strong> entre enero y septiembre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (ADRES) report\u00f3 que en septiembre de 2025 reconoci\u00f3 un total de $7,49 billones por concepto de Unidad de Pago por Capitaci\u00f3n (UPC), recursos destinados al financiamiento del aseguramiento en salud de millones de colombianos.
