{"id":9000,"date":"2021-01-12T05:04:35","date_gmt":"2021-01-12T10:04:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=9000"},"modified":"2021-01-12T05:04:41","modified_gmt":"2021-01-12T10:04:41","slug":"el-2020-el-mejor-de-colombia-en-cuanto-a-venta-de-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/el-2020-el-mejor-de-colombia-en-cuanto-a-venta-de-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"El 2020, el mejor de Colombia en cuanto a venta de vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El <strong>2020 <\/strong>ser\u00e1 recordado como <strong>el mejor a\u00f1o del sector vivienda a pesar de los contrastes vividos por cuenta de la pandemia por COVID- 19,<\/strong> que hacia los meses de marzo y abril llev\u00f3 a registrar los m\u00ednimos en ventas de vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el a\u00f1o 2020, seg\u00fan Galer\u00eda Inmobiliaria <strong>se vendieron 176.157 unidades de vivienda VIS y No VIS,<\/strong> marcando el <strong>r\u00e9cord hist\u00f3rico<\/strong> en ventas anuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEn el segmento VIS se vendieron 125 mil unidades, siendo el mejor a\u00f1o en ventas VIS del que se tiene registro, con un aumento del 11% frente a 2019. Por su parte, en el segmento No VIS se vendieron 51 mil unidades, un crecimiento de 0,3%\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 Jonathan Malag\u00f3n, ministro de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio. Estas cifras confirman que <strong>la estrategia de reactivaci\u00f3n del Gobierno Nacional ha tenido \u00e9xito<\/strong> y mantiene al sector en su curva ascendente, recuperando el terreno perdido y delineando importantes expectativas para el a\u00f1o 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las cifras de Galer\u00eda Inmobiliaria confirman que diciembre de 2020 tambi\u00e9n fue el mejor diciembre de la historia tanto para el segmento VIS como para el segmento No VIS.&nbsp; En el segmento VIS se vendieron 13.686 unidades, un 14% m\u00e1s que el mismo mes 2019. En el segmento no VIS se vendieron 5.583 unidades, lo que significa un crecimiento de 56% frente a diciembre 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPodemos decir que los buenos resultados en ventas de vivienda se dieron en gran parte a las medidas implementadas por el se\u00f1or Presidente Iv\u00e1n Duque, que adem\u00e1s, seg\u00fan los \u00faltimos resultados revelados por el DANE tambi\u00e9n impactaron en las cifras de empleo que a noviembre, se\u00f1alaron 1,027 millones de empleados en el sector de edificaciones\u201d, precis\u00f3 Malag\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Diciembre <\/strong>de 2020 se ubic\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, como el <strong>tercer mes de la historia de Colombia en el que m\u00e1s viviendas se vendieron<\/strong>, con 19.269 unidades VIS y No VIS, solo superado por octubre y noviembre de 2020.
