El debate se origin\u00f3 por se\u00f1alamientos sobre la supuesta cercan\u00eda de Cepeda con exintegrantes y desertores del Acuerdo de Paz con las FARC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, <em>\u2018Jota Pe\u2019<\/em> acus\u00f3 al senador del Pacto Hist\u00f3rico de \u201cvivir abrazado de guerrilleros\u201d, y present\u00f3 im\u00e1genes en las que Cepeda aparece junto a figuras como Jes\u00fas Santrich, Iv\u00e1n M\u00e1rquez, alias \u2018Roma\u00f1a\u2019 y el expresidente venezolano Hugo Ch\u00e1vez. \u201cYo quiero que mire las siguientes fotos y responda: \u00bfes o no es usted, Iv\u00e1n Cepeda?\u201d, dijo Pulido, agregando que un cabecilla disidente, alias Walter Mendoza, lo habr\u00eda mencionado como su candidato favorito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El parlamentario del Partido Verde afirm\u00f3 que, de llegar a la Presidencia, Cepeda \u201cser\u00eda incluso peor que Gustavo Petro\u201d, y advirti\u00f3 que su eventual gobierno significar\u00eda la continuidad de la \u201cfracasada pol\u00edtica de paz total\u201d. Adem\u00e1s, pidi\u00f3 a los colombianos votar por un candidato \u201cque ponga mano dura a los bandidos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante las acusaciones, Iv\u00e1n Cepeda respondi\u00f3 ejerciendo su derecho a r\u00e9plica. Asegur\u00f3 que los m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n y medio de votos que obtuvo en las consultas presidenciales demuestran respaldo popular y rechaz\u00f3 lo que llam\u00f3 \u201cun espect\u00e1culo de calumnia, injuria y mentira\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El senador del Pacto Hist\u00f3rico explic\u00f3 que las fotos expuestas por <em>\u2018Jota Pe\u2019<\/em> fueron tomadas en escenarios de negociaci\u00f3n de paz, y defendi\u00f3 el di\u00e1logo como \u201cla \u00fanica manera de avanzar\u201d.
