{"id":9005,"date":"2021-01-12T05:14:17","date_gmt":"2021-01-12T10:14:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=9005"},"modified":"2021-01-12T05:14:21","modified_gmt":"2021-01-12T10:14:21","slug":"ministerio-de-salud-entrego-recomendaciones-para-prevenir-enfermedades-por-vectores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/ministerio-de-salud-entrego-recomendaciones-para-prevenir-enfermedades-por-vectores\/","title":{"rendered":"Ministerio de Salud entreg\u00f3 recomendaciones para prevenir enfermedades por vectores"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Quienes <strong>se encuentren en sitios ubicados por debajo de los 2.200 metros sobre el nivel del mar <\/strong>(m.s.n.m.) deben <strong>adoptar medidas de prevenci\u00f3n frente a enfermedades<\/strong> transmitidas por vectores como el <strong>dengue, zika y chikungu\u00f1a<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de las establecidas para el control del covid-19, indic\u00f3 Claudia Cu\u00e9llar, subdirectora de Enfermedades Transmisibles del Ministerio de Salud y Protecci\u00f3n Social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEn esta temporada muchas personas suelen tomar sus vacaciones en zonas del pa\u00eds en las que es m\u00e1s expedita la reproducci\u00f3n de los mosquitos transmisores del dengue, zika y chikungu\u00f1a. <strong>Es importante que viajeros y residentes en estos territorios implementen estrategias <\/strong>que ayuden a mitigar la propagaci\u00f3n de estas enfermedades\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La funcionaria explic\u00f3 que de acuerdo con el pron\u00f3stico del IDEAM <strong>el invierno se extender\u00e1 en algunas regiones del pa\u00eds favoreciendo las condiciones<\/strong> para la presentaci\u00f3n de casos debido a la acumulaci\u00f3n inadecuada y represamiento de aguas lluvias, escenarios ideales para el mantenimiento del vector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte de las acciones preventivas, <strong>se debe usar repelentes y ropa adecuada para evitar picaduras de mosquitos<\/strong>; as\u00ed como disponer de manera correcta los desechos com\u00fanmente empleados en paseos, como portacomidas, vasos o botellas, porque son potenciales sitios de reproducci\u00f3n del zancudo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otras medidas efectivas son: tapar bien los tanques de almacenamiento de agua; lavar y cepillar fuertemente con cloro -una vez a la semana- los recipientes en donde se almacena agua, como tanques, albercas, baldes, cubos, palanganas, entre otros; eliminar el agua acumulada en recipientes, llantas, botellas, floreros y otros objetos; y destruir elementos donde se pueda acumular agua que puedan servir de criadero. Si en la vivienda hay bebederos de animales, cambiar el agua diariamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evitar acampar en zonas end\u00e9micas de enfermedades transmitidas por vectores. Si lo hace, no exponerse a las horas de alta presencia de insectos y utilizar toldillos preferiblemente tratados con insecticidas al momento de dormir o
