La medida, gener\u00f3 preocupaci\u00f3n en el Gobierno y encendi\u00f3 las alertas en Ecopetrol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medios nacionales han manifestado que Ecopetrol considera la decisi\u00f3n \u201cerr\u00f3nea y desproporcionada\u201d, advirtiendo que podr\u00eda afectar gravemente la estabilidad financiera de la Refiner\u00eda de Cartagena e incluso llevarla a una posible quiebra t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante el inminente embargo, Reficar present\u00f3 una acci\u00f3n de tutela solicitando al juez una medida provisional urgente para frenar la decisi\u00f3n de la autoridad tributaria. El apoderado de la empresa, Alejandro Linares Cantillo, advirti\u00f3 que, de mantenerse la medida, la refiner\u00eda podr\u00eda cesar operaciones en un plazo de entre siete y once d\u00edas calendario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta situaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan el documento, pondr\u00eda en grave riesgo el suministro de combustibles en el pa\u00eds y comprometer\u00eda la soberan\u00eda energ\u00e9tica nacional.
