Seg\u00fan la revista <em>Cambio<\/em>, se tratar\u00eda de una estrategia impulsada desde altos niveles pol\u00edticos en Estados Unidos, de la que har\u00edan parte varios senadores cercanos al expresidente Donald Trump.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con esa publicaci\u00f3n, la existencia del supuesto plan se habr\u00eda descubierto luego de que una periodista fotografiara, dentro de la <strong>Casa Blanca<\/strong>, una reuni\u00f3n en la que aparecen cuatro hombres \u2014entre ellos los senadores <strong>Lindsey Graham<\/strong> y <strong>Mike Lee<\/strong>\u2014. Uno de los presentes sostiene una carpeta azul con una imagen de Trump y el presidente venezolano <strong>Nicol\u00e1s Maduro<\/strong> vestidos con uniforme carcelario, acompa\u00f1ada de una cinta m\u00e9trica como las usadas en procesos judiciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la escena tambi\u00e9n figurar\u00edan <strong>James Braid<\/strong>, director de la Oficina de Asuntos Legislativos de la Presidencia estadounidense, y <strong>James Blair<\/strong>, asesor pol\u00edtico de la campa\u00f1a de Trump en 2024, quien sosten\u00eda la carpeta. El documento contendr\u00eda, seg\u00fan la denuncia, un plan de cinco pasos para vincular judicialmente al mandatario colombiano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petro asegur\u00f3 que detr\u00e1s de esta supuesta operaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 el senador <strong>Marco Rubio<\/strong>, con quien ya ha tenido diferencias p\u00fablicas. En un discurso ofrecido en la <strong>Plaza de Bol\u00edvar<\/strong> el pasado 24 de octubre, el jefe de Estado se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el plan busca presentarlo falsamente como narcotraficante, en retaliaci\u00f3n por investigaciones que impuls\u00f3 en el pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandatario afirm\u00f3 que llevar\u00e1 el caso ante la <strong>Organizaci\u00f3n de los Estados Americanos (OEA)<\/strong> y advirti\u00f3 que tanto la extrema derecha colombiana como grupos pol\u00edticos en EE.
