El mandatario explic\u00f3 que la cooperaci\u00f3n se mantendr\u00e1, siempre que las acciones derivadas respeten el <strong>derecho internacional<\/strong> y los <strong>derechos humanos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inicialmente, Petro hab\u00eda anunciado la suspensi\u00f3n de la entrega de datos mientras continuaran los ataques estadounidenses contra embarcaciones con droga en el Caribe y el Pac\u00edfico. Sin embargo, en nuevos pronunciamientos en su cuenta de <strong>X<\/strong>, cambi\u00f3 el sentido de la instrucci\u00f3n y precis\u00f3 que Colombia seguir\u00e1 colaborando bajo condiciones humanitarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cToda comunicaci\u00f3n que garantice que ser\u00e1 usada para incautaciones sin menoscabo de derechos humanos y que generara capturas con protecci\u00f3n de la vida [&#8230;] ser\u00e1 usada por la comunidad de inteligencias, incluidas las norteamericanas\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el presidente. Es decir, la cooperaci\u00f3n continuar\u00e1 si las operaciones priorizan capturas y no bombardeos que dejen muertos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Petro insisti\u00f3 en que \u201cusar inteligencia solo para matar lancheros con misiles es irracional y un delito de lesa humanidad\u201d.
