La decisi\u00f3n fue tomada a \u00faltima hora, cuando el decreto de nombramiento ya estaba listo para su firma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La negativa de Valencia Copete sorprendi\u00f3 a la Casa de Nari\u00f1o, pues se daba por hecho su llegada al gabinete del presidente <strong>Gustavo Petro<\/strong>, tras varios d\u00edas de conversaciones con el mandatario y su equipo jur\u00eddico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras tanto, el <strong>secretario jur\u00eddico de la Presidencia, Augusto Ocampo<\/strong>, continuar\u00e1 como <strong>ministro encargado<\/strong>, de acuerdo con el <strong>decreto 1143<\/strong>, asumiendo las funciones de la cartera mientras se define un nuevo titular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con esta decisi\u00f3n, el Ministerio de Justicia sigue vacante, y el Gobierno deber\u00e1 buscar a la persona que se convierta en el <strong>cuarto titular de esa cartera<\/strong> durante la actual administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El pr\u00f3ximo ministro tendr\u00e1 sobre la mesa dos proyectos clave y pol\u00e9micos: la propuesta de <strong>Asamblea Nacional Constituyente<\/strong> y la <strong>Ley de Sometimiento de grupos criminales<\/strong>, iniciativas que han generado un amplio debate pol\u00edtico y jur\u00eddico en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La tarde de este mi\u00e9rcoles 19 de noviembre, el jurista C\u00e9sar Julio Valencia Copete rechaz\u00f3 la designaci\u00f3n para asumir como ministro de Justicia y del Derecho de Colombia, cargo que ocupar\u00eda tras la salida de Eduardo Montealegre.
