De acuerdo con el medio, los hallazgos incluir\u00edan menciones sobre una posible colaboraci\u00f3n en la campa\u00f1a presidencial de <strong>Gustavo Petro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El oficial se\u00f1alado es el <strong>general Juan Miguel Huertas<\/strong>, jefe del Comando Personal del Ej\u00e9rcito. En registros hallados durante una operaci\u00f3n militar, aparece mencionado en conversaciones con <strong>Wilmar Mej\u00eda<\/strong>, presunto integrante de las disidencias. Seg\u00fan Noticias Caracol, la <strong>fiscal general Luz Adriana Camargo<\/strong> tendr\u00eda conocimiento de estos documentos desde hace m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o, aunque hasta el momento <strong>no existe una investigaci\u00f3n abierta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El caso se remonta al <strong>23 de julio de 2024<\/strong>, cuando una <strong>caravana con siete jefes de las disidencias<\/strong> fue detenida en <strong>Anor\u00ed (Antioquia)<\/strong> por el Ej\u00e9rcito. A pesar de que los implicados fueron sorprendidos con material sensible, la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda orden\u00f3 su liberaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, argumentando que se trataba de <strong>gestores de paz<\/strong>. Los aparatos incautados \u2014computadores, celulares y memorias USB\u2014 conten\u00edan informaci\u00f3n que, seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, revelar\u00eda <strong>filtraciones de datos provenientes de instituciones del Estado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los documentos aparece una carta fechada el <strong>8 de febrero de 2024<\/strong>, en la que un comandante disidente relata una supuesta reuni\u00f3n con un <strong>\u201cgeneral retirado\u201d<\/strong>, identificado como Huertas. En la misiva, se describe una propuesta para crear una empresa de seguridad que permitir\u00eda <strong>movilizar personal armado con permisos legales<\/strong>. El texto afirma que el general habr\u00eda ofrecido apoyo log\u00edstico y protecci\u00f3n, incluso aludiendo a un <strong>v\u00ednculo cercano con el presidente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El general <strong>Huertas<\/strong> hab\u00eda sido <strong>retirado del Ej\u00e9rcito en 2022<\/strong> por orden del entonces comandante <strong>Enrique Zapateiro<\/strong>, pero fue <strong>reintegrado al servicio activo<\/strong> durante el gobierno de Petro, en una dependencia encargada de traslados y asignaciones internas dentro de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una investigaci\u00f3n de la Unidad Investigativa de Noticias Caracol reconstruy\u00f3 un presunto esquema de v\u00ednculos entre jefes de las disidencias de las FARC, un general del Ej\u00e9rcito y un alto funcionario de inteligencia.
