{"id":90636,"date":"2025-11-24T10:19:17","date_gmt":"2025-11-24T15:19:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=90636"},"modified":"2025-11-24T10:19:19","modified_gmt":"2025-11-24T15:19:19","slug":"capturado-general-r-rodolfo-palomino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/capturado-general-r-rodolfo-palomino\/","title":{"rendered":"Capturado general (r) Rodolfo Palomino"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El <strong>general retirado Rodolfo Palomino<\/strong>, exdirector de la <strong>Polic\u00eda Nacional<\/strong>, fue capturado en la ma\u00f1ana de este lunes luego de ser <strong>condenado a siete a\u00f1os y un d\u00eda de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong> por el delito de <strong>tr\u00e1fico de influencias de servidor p\u00fablico<\/strong>, seg\u00fan decisi\u00f3n de la <strong>Sala Especial de Primera Instancia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fallo determin\u00f3 que Palomino <strong>intervino de manera irregular<\/strong> para solicitar a la entonces fiscal especializada <strong>Sonia Lucero Vel\u00e1squez Pati\u00f1o<\/strong> la suspensi\u00f3n de una <strong>orden de captura<\/strong> vigente contra <strong>Luis Gonzalo Gallo Restrepo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la condena, el exoficial fue trasladado al <strong>b\u00fanker de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong>, donde permanece mientras se adelantan los <strong>tr\u00e1mites para su reclusi\u00f3n<\/strong> en un centro penitenciario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n gener\u00f3 <strong>divisi\u00f3n al interior de la Corte Suprema<\/strong>. Aunque el magistrado <strong>Jorge Emilio Caldas Vera<\/strong> fue el ponente de la sentencia, present\u00f3 un <strong>salvamento parcial de voto<\/strong>, en el que cuestion\u00f3 la <strong>orden de captura inmediata<\/strong>.
