La decisi\u00f3n, adoptada en sesi\u00f3n celebrada en <strong>Cartagena<\/strong>, fue aprobada con una votaci\u00f3n de <strong>6 a 3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el fallo, en la <strong>primera vuelta presidencial<\/strong> la campa\u00f1a super\u00f3 los l\u00edmites de gasto por m\u00e1s de <strong>2 mil millones de pesos<\/strong>, mientras que en la <strong>segunda vuelta<\/strong> el exceso fue superior a <strong>500 millones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Votaron a favor los magistrados <strong>Altus Baquero, Alfonso Campo, Maritza Mart\u00ednez, Benjam\u00edn Ortiz, \u00c1lvaro Hern\u00e1n Prada<\/strong> y el conjuez <strong>Majer Abushihab<\/strong>. En contra lo hicieron el presidente del tribunal, <strong>Christian Quiroz<\/strong>, la magistrada <strong>Fabiola M\u00e1rquez<\/strong> y el conjuez <strong>Jorge Iv\u00e1n Acu\u00f1a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El CNE sancion\u00f3 al <strong>gerente de la campa\u00f1a<\/strong>, <strong>Ricardo Roa<\/strong> \u2014actual presidente de Ecopetrol\u2014, a la <strong>auditora Mar\u00eda Lucy Soto<\/strong> y a la <strong>tesorera Lucy Aidee Mogoll\u00f3n<\/strong>. Cada uno deber\u00e1 pagar <strong>m\u00e1s de 2 mil millones de pesos<\/strong> por financiaci\u00f3n irregular y otra suma similar por exceder topes en la primera vuelta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la <strong>segunda vuelta<\/strong>, las multas para los tres responsables alcanzan los <strong>627 millones de pesos<\/strong> por financiaci\u00f3n irregular y <strong>596 millones<\/strong> por violar los topes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicionalmente, los <strong>partidos Uni\u00f3n Patri\u00f3tica y Colombia Humana<\/strong> fueron multados con <strong>583 millones de pesos<\/strong> cada uno por la primera y segunda vuelta electoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta decisi\u00f3n marca un nuevo cap\u00edtulo en la revisi\u00f3n de las cuentas de campa\u00f1a del actual presidente y sus aliados pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Sala Plena del Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) sancion\u00f3 la campa\u00f1a Petro Presidente 2022 por presunta financiaci\u00f3n irregular y violaci\u00f3n de topes electorales que superan los 3.500 millones de pesos.
