Seg\u00fan el informe, la PTF creci\u00f3 <strong>0,91%<\/strong>, mientras que la productividad laboral \u2014es decir, la de los trabajadores\u2014 alcanz\u00f3 un incremento del <strong>1,23%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>PTF<\/strong> mide la eficiencia de la econom\u00eda combinando el uso del trabajo y el capital, reflejando cu\u00e1nto del crecimiento proviene de \u201ctrabajar mejor\u201d y no solo de \u201ctrabajar m\u00e1s\u201d. Con la inflaci\u00f3n proyectada en <strong>5,3%<\/strong> para el cierre de 2025, los analistas estiman que el <strong>salario m\u00ednimo deber\u00eda subir al menos 5,4%<\/strong>, equivalente a unos <strong>$76.869<\/strong>, sin incluir el subsidio de transporte. No obstante, desde el Gobierno y los sindicatos se insiste en un aumento de <strong>dos d\u00edgitos<\/strong>, de por lo menos <strong>11%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El reporte del Dane contrasta con el de <strong>Anif<\/strong>, que advert\u00eda una productividad estancada o incluso en descenso. Seg\u00fan el nuevo informe, los <strong>servicios laborales<\/strong> fueron los que m\u00e1s aportaron al aumento, con un 1,23%, mientras que los <strong>servicios de capital<\/strong> (maquinaria, construcciones, tecnolog\u00eda) generaron un 0,76%. En conjunto, esto significa que casi una tercera parte del crecimiento econ\u00f3mico se debe a una mayor eficiencia productiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, no todo fue positivo. La <strong>productividad laboral por persona empleada<\/strong> cay\u00f3 <strong>0,32%<\/strong>, debido a menores horas trabajadas (-0,55%) y menor uso del capital (-0,48%). Solo la mejora en eficiencia (PTF) evit\u00f3 un resultado m\u00e1s bajo.
