La Asamblea Departamental del Huila<\/strong> llev\u00f3 a cabo una sesi\u00f3n ordinaria descentralizada en el municipio de La Plata<\/strong>, con el prop\u00f3sito de hacer seguimiento al Contrato de Obra No. 1584-2022<\/strong>, orientado al mejoramiento de la v\u00eda Candelaria\u2013Laberinto (Ruta 2402)<\/strong>. El encuentro permiti\u00f3 evaluar el avance de las obras viales estrat\u00e9gicas y recoger las inquietudes de la comunidad sobre la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos que superan los 56 mil millones de pesos<\/strong> en inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El debate fue liderado por el diputado Edwin Harvey Barajas Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, gestor de la iniciativa, y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de la corporaci\u00f3n en pleno, autoridades departamentales, contratistas, l\u00edderes sociales, concejales y habitantes de la zona. Durante la jornada, se discutieron los avances de la pavimentaci\u00f3n La Plata\u2013Gallego<\/strong>, con un 95% de ejecuci\u00f3n, y dos contratos rurales que presentan retrasos injustificados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNecesitamos certezas de que los proyectos se culminar\u00e1n con las condiciones t\u00e9cnicas y financieras pactadas. Exigimos medidas correctivas para los contratos 1128 y 1145 por sus demoras<\/strong>\u201d, expres\u00f3 el diputado Barajas. En la misma l\u00ednea, el presidente de la Asamblea, Sergio Trujillo<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que la sesi\u00f3n hace parte del programa de control pol\u00edtico territorial previsto para 2025, el cual busca acercar la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica a las comunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El secretario departamental de V\u00edas, Andr\u00e9s Camilo Cabrera<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que uno de los proyectos rurales enfrenta retrasos por la falta de interventor\u00eda del Inv\u00edas, vencida hace ocho meses, mientras que el otro ya inici\u00f3 trabajos con metas definidas. Anunci\u00f3 adem\u00e1s un plan de choque<\/strong> para culminar la pavimentaci\u00f3n hacia Gallego y garantizar resultados tangibles para los habitantes del occidente del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La jornada concluy\u00f3 con un llamado conjunto de los concejales y l\u00edderes locales para asegurar la continuidad de las inversiones y fortalecer la presencia institucional en zonas afectadas por la falta de infraestructura.
