{"id":90843,"date":"2025-11-30T04:56:54","date_gmt":"2025-11-30T09:56:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=90843"},"modified":"2025-11-30T04:56:55","modified_gmt":"2025-11-30T09:56:55","slug":"denuncia-contra-claudia-lopez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/denuncia-contra-claudia-lopez\/","title":{"rendered":"Denuncia contra Claudia L\u00f3pez"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Delegaci\u00f3n del Gobierno nacional en la Mesa de Di\u00e1logos de Paz con la <strong>Coordinadora Nacional-EB<\/strong> anunci\u00f3 que present\u00f3 una <strong>denuncia penal<\/strong> contra la precandidata presidencial <strong>Claudia L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, a quien acusa de hacer afirmaciones \u201ccalumniosas, irresponsables e infundadas\u201d sobre el proceso de negociaci\u00f3n con ese grupo armado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el comunicado, L\u00f3pez habr\u00eda dicho recientemente que \u201ctoda mesa de negociaci\u00f3n de este Gobierno debe terminarse ya\u201d porque ser\u00edan \u201cun concierto para delinquir contra el pa\u00eds\u201d. Estas declaraciones, seg\u00fan la Delegaci\u00f3n, no solo atentan contra la legitimidad del proceso, sino que podr\u00edan constituir un <strong>delito de calumnia<\/strong>, raz\u00f3n por la cual solicitaron la intervenci\u00f3n de la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El equipo negociador, encabezado por <strong>Armando Novoa<\/strong>, subray\u00f3 que las mesas de paz se desarrollan con estricto apego a la <strong>Constituci\u00f3n y la ley<\/strong>, y que cualquier sospecha de corrupci\u00f3n o irregularidad debe ser investigada por las autoridades competentes.
