{"id":91003,"date":"2025-12-04T16:13:03","date_gmt":"2025-12-04T21:13:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=91003"},"modified":"2025-12-04T16:13:04","modified_gmt":"2025-12-04T21:13:04","slug":"arturo-char-llamado-a-juicio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/arturo-char-llamado-a-juicio\/","title":{"rendered":"Arturo Char, llamado a juicio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Corte Suprema de Justicia decidi\u00f3 acusar formalmente al exsenador <strong>Arturo Char Chaljub<\/strong> por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en un esquema de corrupci\u00f3n electoral relacionado con la <strong>compra de votos en el Atl\u00e1ntico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el alto tribunal, los hechos se remontan a <strong>octubre de 2017<\/strong>, cuando se habr\u00eda concretado un acuerdo delictivo para manipular resultados electorales en el departamento. En esa red, habr\u00edan intervenido varias personas, entre ellas la excongresista <strong>A\u00edda Merlano<\/strong>, condenada por la Corte Suprema en primera y segunda instancia por estos mismos hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las investigaciones apuntan a que el supuesto pacto no se limit\u00f3 a un simple convenio pol\u00edtico, sino que habr\u00eda tenido como objetivo <strong>asegurar la elecci\u00f3n de Merlano al Senado, la de Lilibeth Llin\u00e1s a la C\u00e1mara y la reelecci\u00f3n de Char<\/strong> como senador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En septiembre de 2023, la Sala de Instrucci\u00f3n de la Corte orden\u00f3 la <strong>captura de Arturo Char<\/strong>, quien posteriormente recuper\u00f3 su libertad mientras avanzaba el proceso.
