{"id":91098,"date":"2025-12-07T04:38:18","date_gmt":"2025-12-07T09:38:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=91098"},"modified":"2025-12-07T04:38:19","modified_gmt":"2025-12-07T09:38:19","slug":"sena-y-el-impacto-de-la-reforma-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/sena-y-el-impacto-de-la-reforma-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"Sena y el impacto de la reforma laboral"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El director del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA), Jorge Eduardo Londo\u00f1o Ulloa, asegur\u00f3 que la reforma laboral marc\u00f3 una transformaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica para los aprendices del pa\u00eds, al convertir el antiguo contrato de aprendizaje en un verdadero contrato de trabajo con acceso a prima, seguridad social y dem\u00e1s prestaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan Londo\u00f1o, gracias a estos cambios cerca de <strong>400.000 hogares recibir\u00e1n prima de Navidad<\/strong> este a\u00f1o. \u201cLa reforma dignific\u00f3 las condiciones de los j\u00f3venes aprendices, quienes ahora cuentan con garant\u00edas laborales plenas\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El SENA inform\u00f3 que ya cumpli\u00f3 el <strong>100 % de la meta de 370.000 contratos de aprendizaje<\/strong>, superando los resultados del a\u00f1o anterior. El director destac\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que los empresarios han entendido los beneficios de vincular aprendices, ya que el costo de no hacerlo puede ser significativamente mayor, alcanzando hasta <strong>$15 millones adicionales<\/strong> en algunos casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante las demandas de inconstitucionalidad que buscan revertir la medida, Londo\u00f1o afirm\u00f3 que el tr\u00e1mite legislativo fue transparente y ajustado al reglamento del Congreso. \u201cNo vemos vicios de forma ni de fondo. Confiamos en que la Corte Constitucional respaldar\u00e1 este avance en materia de justicia laboral\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El funcionario tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 los avances en la transformaci\u00f3n del SENA hacia un <strong>\u201cSENA campesino\u201d<\/strong>, con presencia rural fortalecida.
