{"id":91151,"date":"2025-12-09T09:53:24","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T14:53:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=91151"},"modified":"2025-12-09T09:53:25","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T14:53:25","slug":"mas-colombianos-buscan-llegar-al-congreso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/mas-colombianos-buscan-llegar-al-congreso\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s colombianos buscan llegar al Congreso"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El <strong>Registrador Delegado para lo Electoral, Jaime Hernando Su\u00e1rez<\/strong>, present\u00f3 un balance sobre el cierre de inscripciones para el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica, destacando un incremento en la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y la eficacia del proceso digital implementado este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el funcionario, aunque se inscribieron menos listas que en 2022, el n\u00famero total de candidatos aument\u00f3 significativamente. En esa ocasi\u00f3n se registraron <strong>2.824 aspirantes<\/strong>, mientras que en el actual proceso se inscribieron <strong>3.231<\/strong>, lo que representa un <strong>incremento del 14%<\/strong>. Este crecimiento refleja, seg\u00fan Su\u00e1rez, el mayor inter\u00e9s de los colombianos en participar en la vida legislativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los aspectos m\u00e1s relevantes fue el desempe\u00f1o de la <strong>plataforma web de inscripciones<\/strong>, que permiti\u00f3 que <strong>m\u00e1s del 90% de los candidatos<\/strong> completaran su tr\u00e1mite de manera virtual, evitando congestiones en las sedes de la Registradur\u00eda y garantizando eficiencia y seguridad. El Registrador destac\u00f3 que durante este proceso <strong>no se registraron quejas ni fallas t\u00e9cnicas<\/strong>, un avance notable frente a a\u00f1os anteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plazo para realizar modificaciones en las listas de candidatos estar\u00e1 abierto entre el <strong>9 y el 15 de diciembre<\/strong>, hasta las 6:00 p.m. Los partidos y movimientos podr\u00e1n efectuar ajustes por renuncias, no aceptaci\u00f3n de postulaciones o cambios internos en el orden de los candidatos. \u201cEs normal que se presenten reubicaciones o renuncias dentro de las listas, decisiones propias de cada coalici\u00f3n o partido\u201d, explic\u00f3 Su\u00e1rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre el caso del exalcalde de Medell\u00edn, <strong>Daniel Quintero<\/strong>, el Registrador indic\u00f3 que la entidad adopt\u00f3 una determinaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica con base en las normas electorales y que se acatar\u00e1n las decisiones que adopten los jueces de la Rep\u00fablica. Asimismo, agradeci\u00f3 el <strong>apoyo del Gobierno Nacional y del Ministerio del Interior<\/strong> en la organizaci\u00f3n y seguridad del proceso, que cont\u00f3 con verificaci\u00f3n documental exhaustiva en todas las delegaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, Su\u00e1rez se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el procedimiento de <strong>verificaci\u00f3n de firmas<\/strong> contin\u00faa desarroll\u00e1ndose con normalidad. La Registradur\u00eda revisa cada respaldo hasta alcanzar el n\u00famero m\u00ednimo exigido, conservando las firmas hasta la expedici\u00f3n de la certificaci\u00f3n.
