{"id":91162,"date":"2025-12-09T11:39:50","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T16:39:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=91162"},"modified":"2025-12-09T11:39:51","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T16:39:51","slug":"a-la-carcel-hombre-acusado-de-asesinar-a-una-joven","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/a-la-carcel-hombre-acusado-de-asesinar-a-una-joven\/","title":{"rendered":"A la c\u00e1rcel hombre acusado de asesinar a una joven"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Los elementos materiales probatorios obtenidos por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n permitieron que un juez de control de garant\u00edas impusiera medida de aseguramiento en establecimiento carcelario a Joan Sebasti\u00e1n Ospitia Padilla, alias El Gomelo, presunto responsable de asesinar a una joven, de 20 a\u00f1os, en el sur de Neiva (Huila).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un fiscal de la Seccional Huila le imput\u00f3 los delitos de homicidio agravado; y fabricaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico, porte o tenencia de armas de fuego, accesorios, partes o municiones. El procesado no acept\u00f3 los cargos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 10 de mayo, cuando la v\u00edctima sali\u00f3 en una motocicleta, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de su compa\u00f1ero sentimental, con rumbo al polideportivo del barrio Tuquila, donde, al parecer, Ospitia Padilla les dispar\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pareja cay\u00f3 al suelo y la mujer sali\u00f3 corriendo hacia su casa, pero, el procesado presuntamente le dispar\u00f3 en varias oportunidades.
