El director general (e), <strong>Jhon Jairo Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, resalt\u00f3 que la infraestructura no solo impulsa la econom\u00eda, sino que tambi\u00e9n tiene una <strong>dimensi\u00f3n social y cultural<\/strong>, al integrar comunidades hist\u00f3ricamente excluidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los avances, se subray\u00f3 la aprobaci\u00f3n del <strong>CONPES 4161<\/strong>, que asigna <strong>$15 billones<\/strong> para ejecutar <strong>22 proyectos de V\u00edas para la Paz<\/strong>, con una intervenci\u00f3n de <strong>1.550 kil\u00f3metros<\/strong> en 15 departamentos. Asimismo, el programa <strong>Caminos Comunitarios de la Paz Total<\/strong> benefici\u00f3 este a\u00f1o a <strong>m\u00e1s de 319.000 personas<\/strong> en 260 municipios, generando <strong>12.800 empleos<\/strong> mediante obras locales como placa huella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la <strong>red vial nacional<\/strong>, se invirtieron m\u00e1s de <strong>$2,5 billones<\/strong> en proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos como la <strong>Variante de Ci\u00e9naga<\/strong> (Magdalena\u2013Atl\u00e1ntico), el <strong>t\u00fanel Daza<\/strong> en Nari\u00f1o, el corredor <strong>Retorno\u2013Calamar<\/strong> en Guaviare y la v\u00eda del <strong>Paletar\u00e1<\/strong> en Cauca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, Inv\u00edas ejecut\u00f3 <strong>proyectos fluviales<\/strong> por m\u00e1s de <strong>$67.800 millones<\/strong> en la construcci\u00f3n y mejora de muelles, beneficiando a <strong>189.000 habitantes<\/strong> en departamentos como Choc\u00f3, Antioquia, Caquet\u00e1 y C\u00f3rdoba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante 2025, la entidad atendi\u00f3 <strong>876 emergencias viales<\/strong> ocasionadas principalmente por la ola invernal, con inversiones por <strong>$17.800 millones<\/strong>, y report\u00f3 <strong>recaudos por $619.802 millones<\/strong> en peajes, recursos destinados al mantenimiento de la red vial nacional.
