Petro fue enf\u00e1tico al afirmar que <strong>ning\u00fan jefe de Estado puede dar \u00f3rdenes al Ej\u00e9rcito colombiano<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>No, \u00e9l no tiene que dar \u00f3rdenes a los militares<\/strong>\u201d, dijo el mandatario colombiano al ser consultado sobre las declaraciones de Maduro. En ese sentido, recalc\u00f3 que las relaciones entre Colombia y Venezuela deben construirse <strong>sobre la base del respeto mutuo y la soberan\u00eda nacional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petro se\u00f1al\u00f3 que solo mediante un <strong>proceso constituyente entre pa\u00edses<\/strong> ser\u00eda posible una integraci\u00f3n militar o pol\u00edtica m\u00e1s profunda. \u201cLa \u00fanica manera para que las naciones vuelvan a estar juntas es con el poder constituyente y la soberan\u00eda popular. Mientras eso no pase, nadie puede dar \u00f3rdenes al otro Ej\u00e9rcito\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pronunciamiento de Maduro, realizado el <strong>17 de diciembre<\/strong>, buscaba promover la cooperaci\u00f3n militar frente al <strong>despliegue de fuerzas estadounidenses en el mar Caribe<\/strong>, en el marco de operaciones antidrogas.
