{"id":91557,"date":"2025-12-20T04:31:08","date_gmt":"2025-12-20T09:31:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=91557"},"modified":"2025-12-20T04:31:09","modified_gmt":"2025-12-20T09:31:09","slug":"aspero-fraude-en-el-sector-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/aspero-fraude-en-el-sector-salud\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;Aspero fraude&#8217; en el sector salud"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema de Salud (ADRES) revel\u00f3 nuevos avances en la investigaci\u00f3n de las llamadas \u201cIPS fantasma\u201d, entidades que habr\u00edan intentado cobrar recursos p\u00fablicos sin contar con infraestructura real ni atenci\u00f3n a pacientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la entidad, 23 instituciones fueron sometidas a verificaci\u00f3n y 16 de ellas ya tienen suspendidos sus pagos, tras no demostrar la existencia f\u00edsica de sus instalaciones. Los hallazgos surgieron durante el an\u00e1lisis de reclamaciones presentadas al sistema por atenci\u00f3n a v\u00edctimas de accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las IPS se\u00f1aladas se encuentran la Cl\u00ednica Moscati y el Centro Integral de Salud San Gabriel, en Barranquilla; el Grupo Ambulancias J1 S.A.S., en Cali; y Famica, en Santa Marta. En conjunto, estas entidades reclamaban m\u00e1s de $12.260 millones, aunque el monto total del posible fraude podr\u00eda acercarse a los $25.000 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ADRES inform\u00f3 que los casos ya fueron remitidos a la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n y a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, para que se determinen las responsabilidades penales y administrativas correspondientes.
