El presidente de <strong>Fenalco<\/strong>, Jaime Alberto Cabal, calific\u00f3 el incremento \u2014cercano al 23 %\u2014 como una medida <strong>\u201cpol\u00edtica y demag\u00f3gica\u201d<\/strong>, adoptada sin verdadera concertaci\u00f3n y con fines electorales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En entrevista con <em>Recap Blu<\/em>, Cabal asegur\u00f3 que la mesa de concertaci\u00f3n convocada por el Gobierno fue una <strong>\u201cfarsa\u201d<\/strong>, pues el monto del aumento \u201cya estaba definido desde el inicio\u201d. Seg\u00fan el dirigente gremial, el Ejecutivo enga\u00f1\u00f3 a empresarios y trabajadores al simular un di\u00e1logo que nunca existi\u00f3. \u201cEste es un salario pol\u00edtico, un incremento populista de cara a las elecciones de 2026\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fenalco advirti\u00f3 que el aumento no se traducir\u00e1 en un mayor poder adquisitivo, como plantea el Gobierno, ya que <strong>numerosos bienes, servicios y tr\u00e1mites est\u00e1n indexados al salario m\u00ednimo<\/strong>. Record\u00f3 que el 93 % de las empresas del pa\u00eds son micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas, y que muchas no podr\u00e1n asumir el aumento de los costos laborales. \u201cEsto derivar\u00e1 en despidos, menor contrataci\u00f3n y m\u00e1s informalidad, afectando a los mismos trabajadores que el Gobierno dice proteger\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el gremio advirti\u00f3 sobre las <strong>implicaciones fiscales<\/strong> de la medida. Seg\u00fan sus c\u00e1lculos, el alza costar\u00eda alrededor de <strong>9,2 billones de pesos al Estado<\/strong>, dado que m\u00faltiples salarios p\u00fablicos est\u00e1n atados al m\u00ednimo.
