{"id":9178,"date":"2021-01-19T05:22:32","date_gmt":"2021-01-19T10:22:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=9178"},"modified":"2021-01-19T05:22:33","modified_gmt":"2021-01-19T10:22:33","slug":"opita-nombrado-como-presidente-ejecutivo-de-fenalcarbon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/opita-nombrado-como-presidente-ejecutivo-de-fenalcarbon\/","title":{"rendered":"Opita nombrado como presidente ejecutivo de Fenalcarb\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La<strong> Federaci\u00f3n Nacional de Productores de Carb\u00f3n (<\/strong>Fenalcarb\u00f3n), que agremia a los productores de carb\u00f3n y coque del interior del pa\u00eds anunci\u00f3 el nombramiento del exviceministro de minas Carlos Andr\u00e9s Cante como el nuevo presidente ejecutivo del gremio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>Carlos Cante es un profundo conocedor del sector quien ha trabajado decididamente en la promoci\u00f3n del peque\u00f1o y mediano minero.<\/strong> Como presidente ejecutivo tiene el reto de continuar fortaleciendo la industria del carb\u00f3n y el coque para <strong>seguir siendo un sector sostenible que contribuye de manera importante al desarrollo de Colombia y las regiones productoras<\/strong>, especialmente en el escenario de la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica\u201d se\u00f1al\u00f3 Juan Manuel S\u00e1nchez, presidente de la Junta Directiva de Fenalcarb\u00f3n.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.larepublica.co\/economia\/ministerio-de-minas-y-energia-y-finagro-lanzan-linea-de-credito-para-pequenos-mineros-3110973\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cante es economista con maestr\u00eda en gobierno y asuntos p\u00fablicos, y cuenta con estudios en finanzas, defensa y seguridad nacional, gobierno corporativo y alto gobierno, as\u00ed como en gobernanza de recursos minero energ\u00e9ticos. Entre otros cargos, <strong>se ha desempe\u00f1ado como director de minas, director de formalizaci\u00f3n minera y viceministro de Minas del\u00a0Ministerio\u00a0de Minas y Energ\u00eda<\/strong>, como consultor del IFC del grupo Banco Mundial y del Foro Intergubernamental de Miner\u00eda, Metales y Desarrollo Sostenible IGF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>El carb\u00f3n ha sido y seguir\u00e1 siendo por mucho tiempo una fuente de divisas, regal\u00edas e impuestos <\/strong>y por tanto un gran jalonador del desarrollo regional y nacional. Los retos que enfrentamos como sector en el interior del pa\u00eds pasan por reconocer no sol\u00f3 la garant\u00eda de estabilidad energ\u00e9tica nacional que nos brinda el carb\u00f3n t\u00e9rmico, sino tambi\u00e9n el avance tecnol\u00f3gico e industrial del carb\u00f3n metal\u00fargico en la producci\u00f3n del coque, que hoy tiene a Colombia como el tercer mayor exportador de coque del mundo despu\u00e9s de China y Polonia, con cerca de 3.5 millones de toneladas anuales\u201d, dijo el nuevo presidente ejecutivo de Fenalcarb\u00f3n sobre los retos que enfrenta el sector este
