La Secretar\u00eda de la Mujer, Infancia y Desarrollo Social<\/strong> de Neiva present\u00f3 los principales resultados de la Pol\u00edtica P\u00fablica de Mujer y Equidad de G\u00e9nero<\/strong>, destacando la creaci\u00f3n del Observatorio de Asuntos de G\u00e9nero y Violencias contra la Mujer<\/strong>, una herramienta clave para la toma de decisiones, la formulaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas y la prevenci\u00f3n de violencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el ejercicio de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, se socializaron los avances en los ocho ejes estrat\u00e9gicos<\/strong> de la pol\u00edtica, orientados a la atenci\u00f3n integral de v\u00edctimas, la promoci\u00f3n de la igualdad, la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y el fortalecimiento de los derechos de las mujeres neivanas. Este proceso se desarroll\u00f3 en corresponsabilidad con entidades p\u00fablicas, privadas y comunitarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre los avances m\u00e1s relevantes<\/strong>, la administraci\u00f3n municipal resalt\u00f3 la conformaci\u00f3n del Observatorio, formalizado mediante el Decreto 481 del 9 de diciembre de 2025<\/strong>, y el fortalecimiento del Consejo Comunitario de Mujeres de Neiva (CCMN)<\/strong>, que ampli\u00f3 su representaci\u00f3n de 24 a 27 sectores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Plan de Acci\u00f3n Municipal<\/strong> incluy\u00f3 programas en salud y derechos sexuales y reproductivos, campa\u00f1as educativas con enfoque de g\u00e9nero, iniciativas culturales y deportivas, apoyo a la empleabilidad femenina, atenci\u00f3n a v\u00edctimas de violencia, fortalecimiento del liderazgo pol\u00edtico y acciones dirigidas a mujeres rurales y v\u00edctimas del conflicto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La secretaria de la Mujer destac\u00f3 que los logros alcanzados reflejan el compromiso institucional con una Neiva m\u00e1s equitativa y libre de violencias<\/strong>, reafirmando el papel de las mujeres como protagonistas en la construcci\u00f3n de paz y desarrollo sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
