Hasta el momento, el ente acusador ha logrado <strong>seis preacuerdos<\/strong> con implicados en el caso, y se espera la fijaci\u00f3n de fecha para la respectiva sentencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso judicial contin\u00faa con an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnicos relacionados con <strong>torres de telefon\u00eda celular (BTS)<\/strong> y <strong>registros de llamadas (CDR)<\/strong>, que buscan establecer movimientos y comunicaciones de los presuntos responsables en el momento del crimen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades manejan la hip\u00f3tesis de que el asesinato habr\u00eda sido perpetrado por miembros de la <strong>Segunda Marquetalia<\/strong>, grupo disidente de las FARC. Seg\u00fan informaci\u00f3n de inteligencia militar, <strong>alias \u2018El Zarco Aldinever\u2019<\/strong>, integrante de esa organizaci\u00f3n, estar\u00eda vinculado directamente al atentado contra el entonces senador y precandidato presidencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En paralelo, la Fiscal\u00eda imput\u00f3 nuevos delitos a <strong>Elder Jos\u00e9 Arteaga Hern\u00e1ndez, alias \u2018Chipi\u2019<\/strong>, uno de los principales implicados en el magnicidio. El se\u00f1alado ya enfrentaba cargos por homicidio y otros delitos relacionados con actividades de microtr\u00e1fico y crimen organizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con las investigaciones, alias \u2018Chipi\u2019 habr\u00eda ordenado el asesinato de un hombre el 15 de junio de 2024, en medio de una disputa entre estructuras ilegales por el control del tr\u00e1fico de estupefacientes.
