El Gobierno nacional confirm\u00f3 los nuevos montos de las <strong>cuotas moderadoras en Colombia 2026<\/strong>, que comenzaron a regir desde el 1 de enero, junto con los copagos para afiliados de los reg\u00edmenes contributivo y subsidiado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la <strong>Circular Externa 048 de 2025<\/strong> del <strong>Ministerio de Salud<\/strong>, los valores se calculan con base en la <strong>Unidad de Valor B\u00e1sico (UVB)<\/strong>, que para 2026 fue fijada en <strong>$12.110<\/strong>, de acuerdo con una resoluci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Hacienda. Esta medida busca mantener los cobros ajustados a la inflaci\u00f3n y al poder adquisitivo de los colombianos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el <strong>r\u00e9gimen contributivo<\/strong>, las cuotas moderadoras quedaron definidas seg\u00fan el ingreso del afiliado: quienes ganan menos de <strong>dos salarios m\u00ednimos<\/strong> pagar\u00e1n alrededor de <strong>$5.000<\/strong>; quienes perciben entre <strong>dos y cinco salarios m\u00ednimos<\/strong>, unos <strong>$20.100<\/strong>; y los de ingresos superiores a cinco salarios m\u00ednimos, cerca de <strong>$52.800<\/strong>. En cuanto a los copagos, se mantienen los porcentajes: <strong>11,5 %<\/strong>, <strong>17,3 %<\/strong> y <strong>23 %<\/strong> del valor del servicio, seg\u00fan el nivel de ingreso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para los usuarios del <strong>r\u00e9gimen subsidiado<\/strong>, no se aplican cuotas moderadoras, aunque s\u00ed existen copagos diferenciados por nivel. Los del <strong>Nivel 1<\/strong> est\u00e1n exentos, mientras que los del <strong>Nivel 2<\/strong> pueden pagar hasta el <strong>10 % del valor del servicio<\/strong>, con un tope m\u00e1ximo de <strong>$651.155 por evento<\/strong> y un l\u00edmite anual de <strong>$1.302.309<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la actualizaci\u00f3n de las <strong>cuotas moderadoras en Colombia 2026<\/strong>, el Gobierno busca garantizar la sostenibilidad financiera del sistema de salud y evitar desequilibrios en los pagos por atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.
