{"id":91949,"date":"2026-01-04T04:58:26","date_gmt":"2026-01-04T09:58:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=91949"},"modified":"2026-01-04T04:58:28","modified_gmt":"2026-01-04T09:58:28","slug":"delcy-rodriguez-presidenta-interina-de-venezuela","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/delcy-rodriguez-presidenta-interina-de-venezuela\/","title":{"rendered":"Delcy Rodr\u00edguez, presidenta interina de Venezuela"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) de Venezuela orden\u00f3 este s\u00e1bado que la vicepresidenta Delcy Rodr\u00edguez asuma de forma interina las funciones del presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro, tras su captura por fuerzas estadounidenses luego de un bombardeo sobre Caracas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una sentencia de la Sala Constitucional, el m\u00e1ximo tribunal del pa\u00eds determin\u00f3 que Rodr\u00edguez \u201casuma y ejerza en condici\u00f3n de encargada todas las atribuciones, deberes y facultades inherentes al cargo de presidenta de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela\u201d, con el objetivo de garantizar la continuidad administrativa y la defensa integral de la naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n fue adoptada \u201cvista la agresi\u00f3n militar extranjera suscitada\u201d y \u201cque tuvo por objeto el secuestro del presidente constitucional, Nicol\u00e1s Maduro Moros\u201d. El mandatario fue trasladado a una prisi\u00f3n federal en Nueva York, donde enfrenta cargos por narcotr\u00e1fico y terrorismo, seg\u00fan medios internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La captura de Maduro ocurri\u00f3 en el marco de una ofensiva militar estadounidense que incluy\u00f3 ataques sobre Caracas y otros tres estados del pa\u00eds. El TSJ calific\u00f3 su ausencia como una \u201cfalta temporal\u201d, lo que faculta a Rodr\u00edguez para ejercer la Presidencia hasta por 90 d\u00edas, prorrogables por otros tres meses si as\u00ed lo decide el Parlamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En caso de que se declare la \u201cfalta absoluta\u201d del jefe de Estado, la ley venezolana establece que deber\u00e1n convocarse elecciones presidenciales en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 30 d\u00edas.
