{"id":92078,"date":"2026-01-08T04:37:44","date_gmt":"2026-01-08T09:37:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=92078"},"modified":"2026-01-08T04:37:45","modified_gmt":"2026-01-08T09:37:45","slug":"importante-giro-al-tesoro-nacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/importante-giro-al-tesoro-nacional\/","title":{"rendered":"Importante giro al tesoro nacional"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La <strong>Divisi\u00f3n de Aviaci\u00f3n Asalto A\u00e9reo del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que la aseguradora <strong>Berkley International Seguros Colombia<\/strong> realiz\u00f3 un <strong>giro de 20 millones de d\u00f3lares al Tesoro Nacional<\/strong>, como parte del proceso de <strong>recuperaci\u00f3n de un pago anticipado y la aplicaci\u00f3n de una sanci\u00f3n<\/strong> derivada del contrato de mantenimiento de la flota de helic\u00f3pteros <strong>MI-17<\/strong> de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El contrato ten\u00eda como objetivo la <strong>adquisici\u00f3n de bienes y servicios<\/strong> necesarios para garantizar el sostenimiento operativo de dichas aeronaves. No obstante, las autoridades determinaron un <strong>incumplimiento parcial<\/strong>, lo que dio lugar al inicio de las correspondientes <strong>acciones administrativas y legales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el comunicado oficial, el <strong>Ministerio de Defensa Nacional<\/strong> solicit\u00f3 el pago a la aseguradora tras las decisiones judiciales que confirmaron el incumplimiento contractual. Estas sentencias quedaron consignadas en las <strong>resoluciones 001863 del 7 de noviembre<\/strong> y <strong>002047 del 14 de noviembre de 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El giro realizado por Berkley representa la <strong>ejecuci\u00f3n de las garant\u00edas establecidas<\/strong> y el <strong>cumplimiento de las obligaciones financieras<\/strong> derivadas del fallo, con lo cual se busca <strong>proteger los recursos p\u00fablicos y garantizar la transparencia en la gesti\u00f3n contractual<\/strong> del sector
