{"id":92081,"date":"2026-01-08T04:48:59","date_gmt":"2026-01-08T09:48:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=92081"},"modified":"2026-01-08T04:49:00","modified_gmt":"2026-01-08T09:49:00","slug":"ajustado-el-precio-del-acpm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/ajustado-el-precio-del-acpm\/","title":{"rendered":"Ajustado el precio del ACPM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Gobierno del presidente <strong>Gustavo Petro<\/strong> estableci\u00f3 un <strong>mecanismo diferencial para el precio del di\u00e9sel<\/strong> destinado a veh\u00edculos de servicio <strong>particular, diplom\u00e1tico y oficial<\/strong>, con el fin de <strong>focalizar los subsidios<\/strong> que el Estado otorga a los combustibles y <strong>reducir el impacto fiscal<\/strong> que estos generan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida qued\u00f3 definida en el <strong>Decreto 1428 de 2025<\/strong>, expedido por el <strong>Ministerio de Minas y Energ\u00eda<\/strong>, que busca <strong>corregir las distorsiones<\/strong> en el uso de los subsidios y mejorar la eficiencia del gasto p\u00fablico. Seg\u00fan la cartera, la iniciativa se apoya en la funci\u00f3n del <strong>Fondo de Estabilizaci\u00f3n de Precios de los Combustibles (FEPC)<\/strong>, creado por la Ley 1151 de 2007 para mitigar los efectos de la volatilidad internacional de los precios del petr\u00f3leo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante los \u00faltimos cuatro a\u00f1os, el <strong>d\u00e9ficit del FEPC<\/strong> super\u00f3 los <strong>$70 billones<\/strong>, debido a que el precio interno del ACPM se mantuvo por debajo del valor real del mercado internacional. Mientras <strong>Ecopetrol<\/strong> compraba el di\u00e9sel a precios externos m\u00e1s altos, la Naci\u00f3n asum\u00eda la diferencia mediante subsidios generalizados en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ministerios de <strong>Hacienda y Minas<\/strong> sustentaron que los recursos del fondo podr\u00edan <strong>reorientarse hacia programas sociales o de inversi\u00f3n<\/strong> con mayor retorno econ\u00f3mico y social. Por ello, el decreto establece una <strong>diferenciaci\u00f3n expl\u00edcita<\/strong> entre los veh\u00edculos particulares, oficiales y diplom\u00e1ticos \u2014que pagar\u00e1n un valor m\u00e1s cercano al precio real\u2014 y los <strong>veh\u00edculos de transporte p\u00fablico de carga y pasajeros<\/strong>, que seguir\u00e1n recibiendo el subsidio para evitar incrementos en el costo de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl subsidio a los combustibles debe estar donde cumple una funci\u00f3n social. <strong>Proteger al transporte p\u00fablico es proteger el empleo, la producci\u00f3n y el costo de vida de millones de familias<\/strong>\u201d, explic\u00f3 el ministro de Minas y Energ\u00eda, <strong>Edwin Palma Egea<\/strong>, al se\u00f1alar que la medida busca <strong>mayor equidad y eficiencia en el uso de los recursos p\u00fablicos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>nuevo esquema se implementar\u00e1 de forma gradual y focalizada<\/strong>, comenzando en las principales ciudades y \u00e1reas metropolitanas del pa\u00eds, lo que permitir\u00e1 evaluar su impacto antes de extenderlo a otros municipios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno del presidente Gustavo Petro estableci\u00f3 un mecanismo diferencial para el precio del di\u00e9sel destinado a veh\u00edculos de servicio particular, diplom\u00e1tico y oficial, con el fin de focalizar los subsidios que el Estado otorga a los combustibles y reducir el impacto fiscal que estos generan.
