{"id":92129,"date":"2026-01-09T13:29:08","date_gmt":"2026-01-09T18:29:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=92129"},"modified":"2026-01-09T13:29:09","modified_gmt":"2026-01-09T18:29:09","slug":"petro-denuncio-internacionalmente-a-ivan-mordisco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/petro-denuncio-internacionalmente-a-ivan-mordisco\/","title":{"rendered":"Petro denunci\u00f3 internacionalmente a &#8216;Iv\u00e1n Mordisco&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El abogado <strong>Alejandro Carranza<\/strong>, representante legal del presidente <strong>Gustavo Petro<\/strong>, confirm\u00f3 que la <strong>denuncia contra el jefe disidente \u2018Iv\u00e1n Mordisco\u2019<\/strong> ante la <strong>Corte Penal Internacional (CPI)<\/strong> fue presentada <strong>por instrucci\u00f3n directa del mandatario colombiano<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carranza explic\u00f3 que la decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 luego de considerar que en Colombia <strong>\u201cya se agotaron todas las v\u00edas jur\u00eddicas\u201d<\/strong> frente a los cr\u00edmenes cometidos por el cabecilla del Estado Mayor Central de las disidencias de las FARC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAlias \u2018Iv\u00e1n Mordisco\u2019 abandon\u00f3 los mecanismos de paz, prefiri\u00f3 la guerra, el narcotr\u00e1fico y el crimen a gran escala. Ahora deber\u00e1 enfrentar no solo la persecuci\u00f3n de las autoridades colombianas, sino tambi\u00e9n la de la Corte Penal Internacional\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el abogado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El jurista argument\u00f3 que, tras la ineficacia de las condenas ordinarias y de los mecanismos de justicia transicional establecidos en el marco de la pol\u00edtica de <strong>paz total<\/strong>, se justifica acudir a instancias internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCuando se agota todo el derecho dom\u00e9stico, se puede acudir a la Corte Penal Internacional. En este caso, el se\u00f1or \u2018Iv\u00e1n Mordisco\u2019 sigue desplazando, secuestrando y atacando a poblaciones protegidas por el Derecho Internacional Humanitario con fines de narcotr\u00e1fico, y eso debe ser conocido desde otros espectros\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Carranza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La acci\u00f3n judicial se conoce luego de que el propio \u2018Iv\u00e1n Mordisco\u2019 difundiera un comunicado en el que propuso una <strong>alianza criminal con el ELN y la Segunda Marquetalia<\/strong> frente a una supuesta \u201camenaza\u201d de Estados Unidos. Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 <strong>Caracol Radio<\/strong>, en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas tambi\u00e9n se presentar\u00e1 <strong>una denuncia ante la fiscal general de Estados Unidos, Pam Bondi, y el Departamento de Justicia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carranza enfatiz\u00f3 que el gobierno colombiano busca que <strong>Estados Unidos enfoque sus esfuerzos en perseguir a los responsables de los delitos transnacionales<\/strong>, y no en confrontar pol\u00edticamente al presidente Petro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLo que Estados Unidos deber\u00eda atender no es pelear contra el presidente Petro, sino unirse a perseguir a quienes generan pobreza, miedo y terror en los territorios donde se fabrica la droga que llega a su pa\u00eds\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con estas acciones, el <strong>Gobierno colombiano<\/strong> espera consolidar un frente internacional para <strong>judicializar a los responsables de cr\u00edmenes de lesa humanidad<\/strong> y reforzar la cooperaci\u00f3n con el gobierno del presidente <strong>Donald Trump<\/strong> en la lucha contra las organizaciones armadas y el narcotr\u00e1fico.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El abogado Alejandro Carranza, representante legal del presidente Gustavo Petro, confirm\u00f3 que la denuncia contra el jefe disidente \u2018Iv\u00e1n Mordisco\u2019 ante la Corte Penal Internacional (CPI) fue presentada por instrucci\u00f3n directa del mandatario colombiano.
