La inversi\u00f3n total superar\u00e1 los <strong>$6,3 billones<\/strong>, convirti\u00e9ndose en uno de los programas tecnol\u00f3gicos m\u00e1s importantes en materia de defensa y seguridad a\u00e9rea del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>presidente Gustavo Petro<\/strong> orden\u00f3 destinar cerca de <strong>$1 bill\u00f3n<\/strong> para la ejecuci\u00f3n de la <strong>primera fase<\/strong> durante el <strong>2026<\/strong>, con el objetivo de fortalecer la vigilancia y el control del espacio a\u00e9reo en zonas sensibles del territorio nacional. Seg\u00fan el Ministerio de Defensa, el proyecto tiene una <strong>importancia estrat\u00e9gica<\/strong> en la protecci\u00f3n de la soberan\u00eda y la prevenci\u00f3n de amenazas tecnol\u00f3gicas emergentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>\u2018Escudo Nacional Antidrones\u2019<\/strong> contar\u00e1 con un equipo t\u00e9cnico y operativo conformado por hombres y mujeres de las <strong>Fuerzas Militares<\/strong> y la <strong>Polic\u00eda Nacional<\/strong>, quienes aportar\u00e1n su experiencia para definir, desarrollar y validar las especificaciones del sistema, ajustadas a las caracter\u00edsticas geogr\u00e1ficas y de seguridad del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el proyecto contar\u00e1 con el acompa\u00f1amiento del <strong>Grupo de Transparencia del Ministerio de Defensa<\/strong> y de una <strong>empresa especializada en contrataci\u00f3n estatal<\/strong>, con el fin de garantizar procesos claros, eficientes y ajustados a la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte de la fase de socializaci\u00f3n, el Ministerio convoc\u00f3 a <strong>empresas y gobiernos interesados<\/strong> a una reuni\u00f3n informativa que se realizar\u00e1 el <strong>viernes 16 de enero<\/strong>, a las <strong>9:00 a. m.<\/strong>, en las instalaciones del Ministerio de Defensa. En este espacio se expondr\u00e1n los lineamientos t\u00e9cnicos, contractuales y de participaci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El esquema de contrataci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 <strong>de Gobierno o Estado a empresa<\/strong>, con acompa\u00f1amiento del <strong>pa\u00eds de origen del fabricante<\/strong>, y las negociaciones se efectuar\u00e1n <strong>\u00fanicamente con productores o representantes legales directos<\/strong>, descartando la participaci\u00f3n de intermediarios o comercializadoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las empresas seleccionadas deber\u00e1n garantizar la <strong>actualizaci\u00f3n continua de los sistemas<\/strong>, el <strong>entrenamiento de instructores<\/strong> y la <strong>capacitaci\u00f3n en mantenimiento y operaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de los equipos.
