{"id":92170,"date":"2026-01-11T04:44:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-11T09:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=92170"},"modified":"2026-01-11T04:44:02","modified_gmt":"2026-01-11T09:44:02","slug":"se-prorroga-zona-de-ubicacion-temporal-en-el-catatumbo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/se-prorroga-zona-de-ubicacion-temporal-en-el-catatumbo\/","title":{"rendered":"Se prorroga zona de ubicaci\u00f3n temporal en el Catatumbo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ante el incremento de la violencia en el Catatumbo por los enfrentamientos entre el Frente 33 de las disidencias de las FARC, liderado por alias \u2018Calarc\u00e1\u2019, y el Ej\u00e9rcito de Liberaci\u00f3n Nacional (ELN), el Gobierno nacional decidi\u00f3 extender por siete meses la Zona de Ubicaci\u00f3n Temporal (ZUT) ubicada en zona rural del municipio de Tib\u00fa, Norte de Santander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida, formalizada mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n 474 del 23 de diciembre de 2025 y firmada por el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, busca garantizar el cumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos en el proceso de paz que adelanta el Gobierno con el Estado Mayor del Bloque Magdalena Medio Comandante Gentil Duarte, al cual pertenece el Frente 33.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el documento oficial, la pr\u00f3rroga permitir\u00e1 avanzar en el plan de alistamiento y el ingreso progresivo de los integrantes del Frente 33 a la ZUT, as\u00ed como en la ejecuci\u00f3n de los acuerdos del VII ciclo de la Mesa de Di\u00e1logos de Paz. Entre los compromisos figuran medidas de desescalamiento del conflicto, protecci\u00f3n de menores, transformaci\u00f3n territorial, sustituci\u00f3n de cultivos il\u00edcitos, protecci\u00f3n ambiental y garant\u00edas electorales, pese a que no existe a\u00fan un cese al fuego formal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n presidencial se da en un contexto cr\u00edtico para la regi\u00f3n, donde los choques armados entre el ELN y las disidencias han generado desplazamientos masivos, confinamientos, homicidios y una creciente presi\u00f3n sobre las comunidades, atrapadas en medio de la disputa por el control territorial y las econom\u00edas ilegales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno enfatiz\u00f3 que la Zona de Ubicaci\u00f3n Temporal no equivale a una zona de despeje, y que en ella debe mantenerse la presencia institucional y el pleno ejercicio del Estado de Derecho. Mientras tanto, comunidades, organizaciones sociales y autoridades locales reclaman acciones integrales de seguridad y atenci\u00f3n humanitaria para evitar que la crisis en el Catatumbo siga cobrando
