{"id":92187,"date":"2026-01-12T06:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-12T11:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=92187"},"modified":"2026-01-11T08:08:26","modified_gmt":"2026-01-11T13:08:26","slug":"ajuste-a-peajes-administrados-por-la-ani","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/ajuste-a-peajes-administrados-por-la-ani\/","title":{"rendered":"Ajuste a peajes administrados por la ANI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El <strong>Gobierno nacional<\/strong> anunci\u00f3 que a partir del <strong>16 de enero de 2026<\/strong> se reajustar\u00e1n las tarifas de los <strong>peajes administrados por la Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura (ANI)<\/strong>, en cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la entidad, el incremento corresponde a la <strong>variaci\u00f3n del \u00cdndice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC)<\/strong> de 2025, certificado por el Dane, que cerr\u00f3 en <strong>5,10%<\/strong>. Este ajuste aplicar\u00e1 a la mayor\u00eda de las estaciones bajo administraci\u00f3n de la ANI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante, <strong>15 peajes<\/strong> tendr\u00e1n un incremento adicional por concepto de <strong>normalizaci\u00f3n tarifaria<\/strong>, conforme al <strong>Decreto 050<\/strong> y a las resoluciones expedidas por el <strong>Ministerio de Transporte<\/strong>. En estos casos, la actualizaci\u00f3n resultar\u00e1 de sumar el IPC de 2025 al porcentaje de normalizaci\u00f3n establecido para cada punto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual forma, <strong>dos peajes<\/strong> aplicar\u00e1n el IPC m\u00e1s un <strong>porcentaje gradual asociado a la entrega de unidades funcionales<\/strong>, tal como lo estipulan los contratos de concesi\u00f3n. En el caso del proyecto <strong>IP Conexi\u00f3n Antioquia\u2013Bol\u00edvar<\/strong>, el valor del peaje aumentar\u00e1 <strong>2% adicional al IPC<\/strong>, con el fin de mantener tarifas diferenciales para veh\u00edculos particulares y de transporte p\u00fablico. Las casetas incluidas son <strong>La Apartada, Manguitos, Purgatorio, San Carlos, Cedros, Mata de Ca\u00f1a y San Onofre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>ANI<\/strong> precis\u00f3 que estos ajustes se realizan <strong>en cumplimiento de los marcos contractuales y regulatorios vigentes<\/strong>, respondiendo tanto a la <strong>actualizaci\u00f3n inflacionaria<\/strong> como a los <strong>compromisos derivados del avance en la ejecuci\u00f3n de los proyectos concesionados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno nacional anunci\u00f3 que a partir del 16 de enero de 2026 se reajustar\u00e1n las tarifas de los peajes administrados por la Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura (ANI), en cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente.
