{"id":92221,"date":"2026-01-13T10:53:26","date_gmt":"2026-01-13T15:53:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=92221"},"modified":"2026-01-13T11:10:19","modified_gmt":"2026-01-13T16:10:19","slug":"rechazo-a-atentado-contra-director-de-la-carcel-de-rivera-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/rechazo-a-atentado-contra-director-de-la-carcel-de-rivera-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Rechazo a atentado contra director de la c\u00e1rcel de Rivera"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>Alcald\u00eda de Neiva rechaza el atentado en contra del director de la C\u00e1rcel de Rivera<\/strong>, en el que resultaron heridos el director del penal, Edgar Enrique Rodr\u00edguez (reci\u00e9n posesionado) y el subdirector del centro penitenciario, junto con un menor de edad, cuando se desplazaban por el sector Jardines del Para\u00edso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>teniente coronel Alex Andr\u00e9s Mu\u00f1oz Ausecha<\/strong>, comandante (e) de la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana, confirm\u00f3 que los funcionarios fueron atacados alrededor de las 7:00 de la ma\u00f1ana mientras se dirig\u00edan a su lugar de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante se conoci\u00f3 que en el hecho muri\u00f3 el menor, hijo del responsable del centro penitenciario que atiende a Neiva; del caso se conoci\u00f3 que el infante sufri\u00f3 una grave herida a la altura de la cabeza y falleci\u00f3 pese a haber sido atendido en el Hospital Universitario <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras conocerse los hechos, la&nbsp;<strong>Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno de Neiva<\/strong>&nbsp;activ\u00f3 una&nbsp;<strong>c\u00e1psula investigativa<\/strong>&nbsp;en conjunto con la Polic\u00eda, el&nbsp;<strong>CTI de la Fiscal\u00eda<\/strong>&nbsp;y dem\u00e1s autoridades competentes, con el objetivo de esclarecer el atentado y capturar a los responsables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>secretario de Gobierno, Jos\u00e9 Ferney Ducuara<\/strong>, anunci\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de un&nbsp;<strong>Consejo Extraordinario de Seguridad<\/strong>&nbsp;encabezado por el alcalde&nbsp;<strong>Germ\u00e1n Casagua Bonilla<\/strong>&nbsp;y el gobernador del Huila,&nbsp;<strong>Rodrigo Villalba Mosquera<\/strong>, para definir medidas de protecci\u00f3n y respuesta institucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Alcald\u00eda reiter\u00f3 su&nbsp;<strong>rechazo a los actos violentos<\/strong>&nbsp;y pidi\u00f3 la colaboraci\u00f3n de la comunidad para aportar informaci\u00f3n clave que permita avanzar en la investigaci\u00f3n, garantizando absoluta reserva y protecci\u00f3n a los denunciantes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La&nbsp;Alcald\u00eda de Neiva rechaza el atentado en contra del director de la C\u00e1rcel de Rivera, en el que resultaron heridos el director del penal, Edgar Enrique Rodr\u00edguez (reci\u00e9n posesionado) y el subdirector del centro penitenciario, junto con un menor de edad, cuando se desplazaban por el sector Jardines del Para\u00edso.
