En un mensaje publicado en su cuenta de X, Rodr\u00edguez anunci\u00f3 que asumir\u00e1 como <strong>gerente en propiedad del Fondo Adaptaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, tras haberlo dirigido de manera encargada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodr\u00edguez explic\u00f3 que su decisi\u00f3n fue \u201c<strong>libre y voluntaria<\/strong>\u201d y afirm\u00f3 irse con la tranquilidad de haber cumplido las tareas encomendadas por el presidente <strong>Gustavo Petro<\/strong>. \u201cMe siento orgullosa de ser una mujer humilde y popular que represent\u00f3 con dignidad y honestidad este alto cargo en el Estado. Asumir\u00e9 un nuevo reto como gerente en propiedad del Fondo Adaptaci\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su gesti\u00f3n encargada en el Fondo Adaptaci\u00f3n, Rodr\u00edguez revel\u00f3 un <strong>panorama cr\u00edtico<\/strong> de la entidad, con <strong>recursos millonarios sin ejecutar, obras inconclusas<\/strong> y <strong>riesgos de p\u00e9rdida presupuestal<\/strong>, que \u2014seg\u00fan ella\u2014 se originaron en decisiones tomadas durante la gerencia de <strong>Carlos Carrillo<\/strong>. La funcionaria denunci\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que los avances en proyectos como <strong>La Mojana<\/strong> apenas alcanzan el 3%, frente al 90% logrado en otras zonas afectadas por el fen\u00f3meno de <strong>La Ni\u00f1a (2010\u20132011)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En medio de esas denuncias, el director de la <strong>Unidad Nacional para la Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres (UNGRD)<\/strong>, Carlos Carrillo, interpuso una <strong>queja formal ante la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo<\/strong> contra Rodr\u00edguez, alegando acoso laboral.
