{"id":92255,"date":"2026-01-14T04:35:29","date_gmt":"2026-01-14T09:35:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=92255"},"modified":"2026-01-14T04:35:30","modified_gmt":"2026-01-14T09:35:30","slug":"epa-colombia-seguira-en-prision","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/epa-colombia-seguira-en-prision\/","title":{"rendered":"Epa Colombia seguir\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El <strong>Juzgado Tercero de Ejecuci\u00f3n de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad de Bogot\u00e1<\/strong> neg\u00f3 la solicitud de <strong>extinci\u00f3n y redosificaci\u00f3n de la pena<\/strong> presentada por <strong>Daneidy Barrera Rojas<\/strong>, conocida como <em>\u2018Epa Colombia\u2019<\/em>. La decisi\u00f3n mantiene en firme la condena de <strong>cinco a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong> impuesta por la <strong>Corte Suprema de Justicia<\/strong> por los actos vand\u00e1licos cometidos contra una estaci\u00f3n de <strong>TransMilenio<\/strong> durante las protestas del paro nacional de 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta determinaci\u00f3n, la influencer continuar\u00e1 privada de la libertad en la <strong>Escuela de Carabineros de la Polic\u00eda<\/strong>, donde cumple la sentencia dictada en enero de 2025. Barrera hab\u00eda invocado la <strong>Ley 2477 de 2025<\/strong>, que promueve la <strong>justicia restaurativa<\/strong> como mecanismo para descongestionar el sistema judicial y garantizar la reparaci\u00f3n a las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pese a contar con el respaldo de la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Faruq Abdala Internacional<\/strong>, que pidi\u00f3 \u201creplantear la condena\u201d argumentando las dif\u00edciles condiciones personales de la joven empresaria, el juez desestim\u00f3 la petici\u00f3n. La organizaci\u00f3n hab\u00eda defendido que Barrera cumpl\u00eda los requisitos legales y resalt\u00f3 su proceso de cambio y responsabilidad social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La defensa tambi\u00e9n solicit\u00f3 aplicar la <strong>ley de utilidad p\u00fablica<\/strong>, alegando que <em>\u2018Epa Colombia\u2019<\/em> es <strong>madre cabeza de familia<\/strong>. Sin embargo, la entonces ministra de Justicia, <strong>\u00c1ngela Mar\u00eda Buitrago<\/strong>, aclar\u00f3 que dicha norma no era aplicable, ya que los delitos cometidos \u2014<strong>instigaci\u00f3n al terrorismo, da\u00f1o en bien ajeno y obstrucci\u00f3n al transporte p\u00fablico<\/strong>\u2014 no est\u00e1n relacionados con factores econ\u00f3micos ni de vulnerabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la negativa del juzgado, los abogados de Barrera Rojas interpusieron <strong>recursos de apelaci\u00f3n<\/strong> frente a las dos solicitudes rechazadas, en un intento m\u00e1s por obtener una reducci\u00f3n o extinci\u00f3n de la condena que la mantiene tras las rejas desde enero de 2025.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Juzgado Tercero de Ejecuci\u00f3n de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad de Bogot\u00e1 neg\u00f3 la solicitud de extinci\u00f3n y redosificaci\u00f3n de la pena presentada por Daneidy Barrera Rojas, conocida como \u2018Epa Colombia\u2019.
